Since I didn't see the game live - can anyone elaborate on the play that Josh got popped???  Sounds like it was a wee amount of blood.

Thanks!

QB run, stopped for a minimal gain. On the way down, the most irrelevant player in the league, Michael Clemons, was going for the tackle and swiped inside of his facemask.

Josh immediately signaled to come out and ran to the sideline.

It was the Stud of the Day look, today!

I will say nothing to jinx anything here, but let us pray for healthy men with big honkers.

Run play.  Got a fist through the facemask on his nose.  Looked unintentional.  He got up and ran off the field - which’s what scared everyone.

I didnt get all the worrying. Romo went WAAAYY over the top with the "This is not good! It must be SOMETHING SERIOUS if Josh hasnt returned yet"

It was obvious he got whacked in the nose, and he isnt allowed back until they get the bleeding stopped. Noses take a while to get stopped.

No big deal.

A perfect contrast to Burrow, who stubbed his toe in the second qtr. of the Bengals game, and did not return.

Its all fake, even the phony blood on the towel, FAKE

We never landed on the moon either..

He gets his first nose surgery, then before you know it then it’s Botox and lip injections, then it goes all downhill from there..

I suspect the visor is going to be making an appearance on Josh's helmet for the rest of the season.

I don't know......I was expecting the visor to be added during halftime, but it wasn't.

Yeah, I agree. Unless it's actually broken and needs a visor to protect it during the next few games, I don't expect him to wear one.

Thinking along those lines is what got Christian Wilkins turfed out of of the league.

I don think there is much to compare. Josh's injury was mostly superficial and doesnt affect any part he needs to play the game. A toe/foot/ankle injury is much more serious. Burrow has proven how plenty tough he is, playing behind that OL for the last 7 years.

The down side of using a visor is that you cannot look off safeties
