To who?

Rapp was probably worse than Bishop last night.

Well...

Box Safety: 49.3%

Deep Safety: 42.1%

Slot/Wide Corner: 23.2%

2023...

Box safety: 40.5%

Free safety: 38.6%

Slot corner: 12.3%

Wide corner: 5.8%

Agree Rapp was signed to be safety #3 or 4 backing up Hyde, Poyer, and a pre-injury Hamlin.

I’m going to give Rapp some slack for last night. Firstly, he’s coming off an injury which affected pre season so he was always going to look rusty. Secondly, the LBs offered no support whatsoever so left the Safety’s exposed. I think I’d call Milano and Bernard out before Rapp. Thirdly, he managed to get through the game without injuring a team mate, which is always a plus.

Rapp looked like a football player that did not have a very good game. I am not a Rapp fan at all, but he is best safety on the Bills. Bishop looked like a guy that did not belong on the field. He looks confused out there and plays tentative. He looks too small to be a safety. I just dont see anything that points to him just being a guy that needs reps. Hopefully I am wrong.

I’d love to know what was going on with that play in the third(?) quarter, when Bishop seemingly attempted to blitz Jackson from the Canadian border. It was very odd.

It was explained by analysis today. The Bills were disguising their defense and Bishop gave a two-deep look. He was supposed to come to the line of scrimmage, pre-snap. However, the Ravens quick-snapped, catching Bishop in his disguise position. The Ravens were smart and lucky. We are good at disguising our defenses. But, in this case, we got caught.

If I remember correctly, the ball was snapped a little in the quick side. Bishop may have thought he had time to sneak his way up pre snap.

I thought so too.

So much for bishop being able to lean on the vet Rapp...

Either Rapps play last year was a one of or the game yesterday was a one off rusty/bad game

It seemed like he was getting washed, over pursuing and hitting the wrong hole on run support to my amateur eyes

Rapp and Bishop both looked horrible yesterday.

There must be some sort of training in pro sports for cryptic tweeting.

yup. Wait a few hours and then post some emoji and some gibberish. That’s the next step. After that, a “SMH” and backtracking tweet on the rumors.
