I wonder if he was fighting through something in the preseason, like a calf and it got worse.  Because he looked non explosive and zero push.

 

Either way - hes looking like a wasted pick right now, injuries have hit him hard.  

 

I think he was on the chopping block when Oji returned from suspension anyhow.  Phillips signing making more sense now.

He needed to take a step this year, big time, to earn his spot. Sucks for him. Bad injury for a big lineman.

What do the local reporters do?  Everything news worthy comes from national guys.  Crickets all weekend.  Hard to believe with the Ravens in 7 days the team has the weekend off.

This really stinks for him personally.  As for the Bills it seems like they have a glut of D linemen and the guys on suspension too. I think the team will be fine but i feel badly for him.

I feel bad for him personally because this puts his entire NFL career in question. But it doesn't affect us at all. I'm guessing Zion Logue will take his place. He was better in preseason than Carter was. Then when Ogunjobi's suspension ends it will be a decision between him and Logue.

I agree.  Logue and Phillips offer as much maybe more than Carter at this point.

Man than sucks. He looked very promising prior to the injury last season but it's been all downhill since. Hate to see 2nd day picks become lost causes so quickly.

Honestly that would explain why he was getting turfed so much in preseason. It's a shame but TJ and Walker seem more than capable to fill in
