Practice Squad

So far I've seen Green, Gosnell, Latu, Ciarlo, and Jenkins to be added to PS if they clear.

 

Also Jordan Phillips will be added to PS.

 

Possible PS Ulofoshio, Hardy, D Jackson, and Clayton (apparently their is an International PS spot)

Yes, I think practice squads are allowed 16 members.  Teams with an Internationa Pathways Program player can keep that player on the PS and not have it count toward their practice squad limit.
