Breakout Squad Posted September 5 Posted September 5 2 minutes ago, RobbRiddick said: Yeah, he took his job seriously last season but he was still having fun as a rookie, enjoying the novelty factor. I get the feeling once he realized how brutal the NFL can be and how high the jump in talent level is from college, he knew in order to make a mark he needed to change his approach. Maybe it will amount to nothing but like you I'm really looking forward to seeing how he does. I think he probably enjoyed being the big man around town. The team’s 1st pick of the draft has to have some swag. I agree he changed a lot in his demeanor. Quote

Special K Posted September 6 Posted September 6 The Bills weren't home underdogs for 4 years, now they will be home underdogs 2 games in a row....both vs. the Ravens.😠🙄 Let's hope the Bills beat them once again.......maybe then the next time they play each other, the Bills can get some respect from the oddsmakers. 3 Quote

Bills need the 1 seed…nothing else will do. Nobody needs the game more than them. People talk like the regular season doesn’t matter but it matters a lot…that’s how kc was able to watch while Baltimore and Buffalo beat the ***** out of eachother last year Edited September 6 by Generic_Bills_Fan 1 1 2 Quote

People talk like the regular season doesn’t matter but it matters a lot…that’s how kc was able to watch while Baltimore and Buffalo beat the ***** out of eachother last year The new system of having just one team per conference having a bye is absurdly unfair. Witness last year, when the Bills were in a dogfight, injuries accumulating, while KC watched the game on TV, resting up a full two weeks before hosting the winner in their own stadium. Give the team with the best record the homefield advantage, sure, but an additional week off in addition--and only for them? That's tipping the scales way too much at the end of the season, when players are hurt and exhausted. 4 2 1 Quote

I realize it's only week one and it's a long season. But the opportunity to open the season a game up on the Chiefs and Ravens is a HUGE opportunity. Cannot squander a chance like this 1 Quote

The bills path to the one seed can afford the loss (in this game) more than the ravens was my point. The ravens have a brutal schedule compared to the bills. If I was betting, I’d factor that. Quote
SoonerBillsFan Posted September 6 Posted September 6 Big weekend at my house. Michigan at my Sooners tonight, crap birds at my Bills tomorrow night. I will have no voice Monday lol 1 Quote

We can’t let him pick up these easy 8-yard gains on dump offs all game. 💯 our inability to stop screens short of the sticks on 3rd is so painful to watch. 17 hours ago, HappyDays said: Interested to see what kind of role Jaire Alexander has. He hasn't been able to practice with them all offseason as far as I know. Glad he’s playing. Just a matter of time before he’s Quote

Just a matter of time before he’s Re Hill, the guy had like 6 catches for 80 yards in game 1 against us, and then had like 6 carries for 50 yards in the playoff games. Don’t know if you remember, but they ran these very delayed screens with him, and he looked like Barry sanders out there. i really hope he is a point of emphasis for the D this week, though i know they probably have enough to worry about with Lamar and Henry. 2 Quote
