I know Hawes is a blocking TE but just the same, as a TE running a route turning his head shouldn't be something new to him. That's twice in two games now a ball has been thrown to him while he's not even looking.

It seems like Baltimore is always looking to solidify their backfield and finds them.. 

 

I mean they had like 8 years of Poyer and Hyde.  They signed a guy in fa and drafted one in round two.   They have had issues but what makes you think they are not trying?

Mike White has actually looked a lot better tonight than last week but not getting help from his teammates. Bad throw to Hawes followed by the Latu drop

Yeah, that was a pretty bizarre deduction of what took place. Sure he could have set his feet better but the throw was on the money, in rhythm for YAC. Olsen should know better than that for how good a player he was.
