Ok, it has been awhile since we have discussed this, but there are a lot of players getting the whipping boy treatment these days, so who is whipping boy #1?

Tre White Achilles & ACL...

we saw him struggle on the Rams & Ravens.

He didn't get younger, he's gonna get roasted on this board.

Honorable mention Bass.

I voted for other; Beane shares some blame for creating this ineffective defense and not providing Josh with the appropriate weapons.

Babich is going to get a lot of heat online, especially with Nielsen behind him.

I'll definitely be one of those people myself.

To me he's got 6-8 weeks to show what he's got. If it's still the same issues as last year, got to move on and go to Nielsen

I can’t see anyone blaming TreDay for going out and trying his best. Him being our best option at CB2 isn't his fault.

I too am surprised Babich wasn't a choice and also Ralph should be somewhere in there (he's cheap).

What time frame we talking here?

Right now it's obviously Cook. Not even close.

That will likely change when the season starts. Probably Kincaid or Bishop.

Then the usual shift to McD after another of his playoff performances.

I voted Landon Jackson. Apparently, we know his entire future from a single preseason game.

But McDermott, one of the most successful coaches in the NFL, is the perpetual whipping boy, of course.
