How'd that Schoen quote about Barkley age?  "You're paying the guy $40 million. It's not to hand the ball off to a $12 million back,"  Guessing the Giants weren't thrilled that was included??

I mean thats on Schoen, he knows hes being recorded.  Again, I am not worried about Hard Knocks displaying some ugliness or what not they have been trying to shield from the world

Im quite excited to see on there

Yes you can be that voice, but you worded your original post as if the producers of the show would avoid drama for the benefit of Bills fans to enjoy...

THIS is what I said and I quote . Lets not there be ANY fake drama . Be it manufactured for ratings or not. I hate drama.  I don't want it. Our team doesn't need it. quit posting as if you can nuance every word I say.

hope they keep faux drama out of it and give the fan base a  fun look NOT a divisive one. POR FAVOR

Oh boy.

What will the "hook" be, the struggling WRs room?  Will James Cook be resigned?

Well at least it will be entertaining.

The hook will be Josh freakin Allen

Hard Knocks always highlights a plucky, unlikely to make the roster player. With the way this board gets with Training Camp and Pre-Season darlings combined with that, i'm not looking forward to the outcty from some posters when they watch that guy get cut on TV.

That's what I may be most excited for

Can't wait for McDermott's Pearl Harbor speech about the dedication of the Japanese Kamikaze pilots.

Pretty sure that was last year.  I believe this year is on Hezbollahs strategy in the middle East to illustrate how important having a plan and executing the plan can be

The last few Hard Knocks have been singularly dull compared to the early years so I don't think the distraction is the same as it was in the years when this was novel. Teams are much more used to this kind of behind the scenes filming than they were.

I'm excited for it personally.

I agree - it is also I think much more superficial now where they don't really try to create as many "dramatic" story lines or dig as deep into the ones they do make (which I'm sure is partly done to try to make it less objectionable to prospective teams)

I'll take, "Distractions this team doesn't need" for $1,000.

*sigh*

Eh, I get why Sean would turn it down.  A distraction can be a fat pair of knocks in a teeny shirt walking by you, or it can be a crack cocaine habit lol its a spectrum.  Its hard to preach lip service about 'no distractions' to the team, and then invite a camera crew in.  We def didnt sign up for it, theres nothing we can do to change it, so im just gunna embrace it!

Have there ever been any significant distractions Hard Knocks itself brought about?  Genuinely asking, but probably not.  Might give Cook a lil wind in the sails to gripe, but i cant really think of anything else

This is at training camp

Hailey isn't at training camp

It's all the boys in college dorm rooms... Away from the family for a few weeks

They’re only at SJF for 12 days

And does anyone think that no girl has ever been smuggled into a dorm room?  Really?

Out of the 19 teams who participated in the series:

9 had winning records the following season, with all but two making the playoffs.

10 had losing records, with half of those teams losing double-digit games.

3 had winning records after having a record below .500 the year prior.

2 had losing records after having a winning record the year prior.

FUCT

This could be an omen that the Bills division win streak is coming to an end !!
