I think they nailed it, there is a problem between Beane and McDermott.

A marriage that has run its course after 9 years.

The problem is that basically every scouting report said Coleman was exactly what we're seeing he is, but somehow this front office decided they weren't going to go with conventional wisdom and try to prove everybody wrong.

Ladd was the better fit before the draft and he's still the better fit after the draft.

This is endemic to the entire team:  Playoffs? We’ll play our soft zone, no matter who we’re playing or what they’re doing. Crappy Miami team daring us to throw? Double down on committing to the run. Crappy Atlanta team blitzing the daylights out of us? Double down on passing the ball.

It’s EVERYWHERE in this organization.

a shake up is needed and it’s Beane who has to go.  Bring in a GM who can set a tone for the entire team.

Bring in Mike Ditka and trade all of picks for Ricky Williams cuz yeah we're just one WR away from being the best team in the league.

The rumor that Beane was "not allowed" to move meaningful assets at the deadline sort of fits if McDermott wants a new GM

IMO Pegula loves McDermott and really likes Beane.

I agree.  I can see a " move in a different direction" this offseason

The challenge is that they don't have much wiggle room in the upcoming off season due to the salary cap.   They made the changes last season with the hope to have a team that will be around next 3 seasons.   NOw they are crumbling...and not enough talent around Josh.   All those big contracts are looking bad...except for Cook.

Crumbling is a little strong. Let's see how these next few weeks go.

As for the off season, I could see us use a 1st on a wr or trade for one on their rookie contract or trade to move up to draft one or all of the above. Our cap is tight but there will be options of the talented and cost controlled variety.

Having no weapons at WR almost got our QB killed against a tough Houston pass rush.  We dressed  4 receivers that play on the outside in Palmer, Moore, Davis and Shavers.

3 catches for 43 yards among that amazing quartet while Allen dropped to throw over 40 times.

Hope keeping that 2026 first was worth not having Jalen Waddle on the team. Beane and his arrogance cost us a game tonight and almost our star QB in the process.

Beane needs to be shown the door as soon as this season ends.

Don't worry Josh Palmer is healthy now. He'll be the difference maker for us

Agreed and it won’t happen.  Not anytime soon.

ONLY way that happens - can’t buy tickets in 2026.  If the season ends bad and it’s going to - Terry needs to get a message.

The front office needs to go and new regime pick the coach which should be the last OC Allen has to work with.

This isn’t even a McD sucks thing.  As I don’t think he does.  It’s just time.

If your name is Bill Belichick or Veach, you can act like that to radio hosts. If your a GM who has accomplished absolutely nothing, maybe keep your trap shut.

Too late as PSL's will be sold out within the next few months.

You do know he drafted Josh Allen, right?

Do people actually want Beane to make pesonnel decisions (i.e. draft picks, re-signings, FA signings) moving forward?  If so, please explain why.

Kincaid is finally emerging - but bc he can’t block and he’s glass he can only play 45 percent of the snaps.

Elam, Kincaid, Keon - the last “first” round picks a total disaster.  Picks that could have been traded by a real GM to get a DK or Pickens or who freaking ever - to move up and draft JSN!!

Depends if Terry is actively engaged or if he's indifferent after Kim's health event.

45% of the snaps (when he does actually suit up) I think would be an improvement.
