947 Posted April 7 Posted April 7 It's absolutely hilarious that Rashee Rice's mom stole packages from her neighbor's doorstep with a Ring doorbell cam while wearing a Chiefs jersey with Momma Rice on the nameplate. 1 2 Quote

I believe a plea to a lesser charge, a fine, and minimal league discipline is the most likely outcome. I do not believe for a second that Rice will go to jail, because that's not how the American justice system tends to work for rich athletes. Still, the possibility of jail time exists, and to pretend that it doesn't is silly. To which I say that's Total BS & all because of money & NFL status with the Super Bowl Champion Chiefs not justice . Has none of these people learned anything from the Henry Ruggs & other incidents with other NFL players ? How many games did Darius get for his accident ? If it was anyone else like one of us given the circumstances we would be locked away for years more than likely . That along with Roger's supposed supporting the shield of the NFL shouldn't allow these types of things with out at the least making these players a example with suspensions (if no jail time) moving forward to let others know this is in no way acceptable conduct in the NFL !! 18 hours ago, The Jokeman said: What's that quote? I tend to look at things thru the prism of what is best for the Bills lol... so... assuming that he escapes punishment in 2025 simply because it is gonna take that long to work thru the legal system and punishment takes place in 2026 honestly that works for me.... coming off an LCL he will likely be sketchy all year... let him play thru that and then sit him via punishment in 2026... Now if this means he escapes punishment all together... that is both nauseating and disturbing because it well its just disgusting... but it shows us once again the rules apply to the Chiefs in their own unique standard... or the NFL is completely screwed up or both.... likely both... The Wiz Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago So from what I heard today on the radio, he's gonna skate again for another season and the longer it goes on, the less he is going to serve in terms of suspension. Quote

Well, he had to have knee surgery in October last year and missed the rest of the season. So if he's skating suspensions, maybe nature is deciding to suspend him for the league. Quote

Hell, Von was suspended within a month and he's a future HOFer. The murder of Nicole, arrest and trial of OJ lasted 18-20ish months but nothing even finished in the the civil courts yet for Rice. The league doesn't suspend until the legal process has completely played out. Save for incredibly heinous acts that will have a player put on the Commissioner's Exempt list until the legal process plays out. Edited 9 hours ago by BillsFanForever19 Quote

After the ray rice stuff they just suspend immediately Quote
