How is that experiment working, Rog?

Flying to London on Friday and keeping your players awake all day before a game on Sunday was a much bigger issue than the game location. And it might have also contributed to season ending injuries for two of our best defenders.

Teams that get to London early always look sharper than those who think they're being clever by flying late in the week.

Yea London had nothing to do with today, last week, and likely the Jags games itself.

The injuries in the London game likely impacted today's game.  There is a legit question if the NFL with the unequal travel time and temporary artificial surface created a situation where injuries were more likely than should be expected in an NFL game.

Only because our DT depth was not nearly to the level of the staters. Bernard/Williams was solid, I’m actually mad they benched him for Dodson.

You are wrong if you really believe not having Milano makes no difference in today's game.

That London trip sure affected the Ravens today…

Could have explained the jags and giants game, but no reason for them to play like terrible today with the same issues

Or we stop trying to find excuses to why this team continues to be bad and start blaming it on the team themselves that continue to be bad.

Exactly. What I meant was the Ravens destroyed the lions today after their London trip, didn’t affect them.

It’s apparent some people on this board have never been on a plane.

Jet lag has NOTHING to do with last week or today. The Jags game, sure. The rest, no.

It has nothing to do with anything. Jet lag is for 50+ year olds who get cranky if their nap cycle is disturbed. We are talking about athletes in their prime and 1st class flying where you can lay down and sleep.

The making them stay awake, which is devastating to the guys body clock that could not sleep on the plane was the dumbest thing ever. The human body lets you know when it needs sleep.
