One question I have is my account is sitting with an account credit from the Cleveland game. Says it will be applied to my 2023 season tickets. Why can’t I use it towards the playoff tickets as they get charged?

 

Anyone ask this already?

my thinking is that the extra tickets (71k - 60k) are a majority of what went on sale this morning as extra seats to the STH's.

 

this is because the few seats i saw as individual tickets were ***** tier 300 level.

I'm a newbie at this stuff and always promised myself I'd go to the first home AFCCG of my lifetime. If I want to get in, is my best bet trying to get access now or hitting a secondary market at a later date?

BTW, worst part of ticketmaster is they have exactly zero, yes zero, live customer support. All via chat, when i had an issue for the Green Bay game, took them over 24 hours to respond to me. and then dude said" let me check what the problem is and got back to me after another 12 hour delay. Still never got it fixed by game time, and it was a mess

Calm down CAPS. Playoff tickets are a part of your season tickets (although you’ll pay separately). This is for additional playoff tickets (which you can also buy before anyone else).

I have 3 seasons and my brother-in-law has 2.

 

We were able to get:

• 4 together for the WildCard,
• 2 single seats near me for the Divisional round
• 2 together in my section for the Championship

All are for family; not selling for a profit

i was so close to getting 1 ticket for the AFCC and as i was checking out it said another fan beat me to it and there are no more.  I'm flying in from Utah and have refundable flight, car, hotel already lined up.  Just need a ticket!!!  If any season ticket holder could find it in their heart to sell me 1 ticket at face value please please DM me.  Been a fan for 33 years and this is going to be my first home game!!

All that was left were 2 club seats at 750 a piece for AFCG. 

Rockpile seats are selling for 1400 for ONE TICKET already. LMAO nobody's paying that. 

Prices will come down if nobody buys. Don't ya'll break now!

Come out anyways, then that morning/afternoon, start looking for tickets.  Prices will drop as it gets closer to game time.

Worst part about Ticketmaster is that they have a monopoly and have figured out how to manipulate the market to drive up prices and take  more $ in fees.

Telling you , it’s a great to be in a business , or monopoly, where customer service does not matter. Mortgage servicer are same way. They piss ya off , what cha gunna do? Go through the hassle of getting a new mortgage? Exchange a low rate for a high rate?
