I watch these guys most mornings. @JimmyNoodles got it right. Simms rarely disagrees but is not chastised when he does. He's even tempered and takes alot of abuse with good humor. And he's pretty good at rating players. Florio (originally a litigation lawyer) uses his courtroom tactics (loud, forcefull, loquacious) to make his point (even when he's just talking to himself like last Friday when Charean didn't show up). He concentrates on the business side of things. But they are real, not rehearsed. Start with a list of topics and get as far as time allows.

Don't know where you are sitting but that's the CURRENT situation in many sections. Moved to S135 R5 two years ago. I have 4, typically sell 2 -3. Every game I stand and ask who in attendance is a STH sitting in their seat. Never got a response (could be no one wants to respond to a crazy but never see a familiar face).

Depends on where they are, had 4 STs in S114 R1 on the aisle and moved to S135 R5 2 years ago (thinking senority and section would matter) and have sold 3 for most games for the last 7 -8 years and got my seat and made an average of $3K yearly with a max of $5K. And that's after TM fees and markup.

More likely the NFL Network will carry ALL games with most if not all being PPV.

My guess is that it will be a moving target depending on how much they get from early buyers. I don't think you will not be alone. There was a feeble attempt a year or so ago to create a forum to match current STHs with those who wanted to buy tickets for specific games, with one of the options to prepay for a single or multiple seasons so more current STHs can keep theirs. It got bogged down with discussions on how to hold the buyer/seller accountable, amortizing the PSL and the usual jackazz spam comments. With your seniority (especially if you let the buyer choose the seats) you should have no problem finding a partner and getting many of those pairs of tickets in a prime location as part of the arrangement.

IMO there should (and will be) 25+ games.with an extra bye week There will need to be more games when Interntional teams are added. Make the roster 100+ and the season end with a best of 3 games Super Bowl held in April or May at the teams home stadiums (higher seed gets 3rd if necessary). Why should a team like Buffalo have to go though playoffs in artic conditions and play SB in tropics or inside? Hold back 50% of tickets for lottery for STHs of both teams [25% each team] so Kardashians can still get their fluff seats and NFL can cash in. Similar to NBA players would NEED to be rested to make the entire season. This year showed that there is talent at QB that is never realized when a single player gets all starts.

TM gets 10% from seller ONLY if you sell through ACCT MGr, otherwise 15%, ALL others I have tried (for 33 years of doing this) grab MORE. If you know of another outfit that has good visibility, isn't a scammer, and charges less please let us know.

If you are STH and use acct mgr to sell TM only grabs 10% of your ask price (then tacks on their buyers fee) usually 25% or more above what you get , Last time I used SH they get 15% Best way is to find a buyer here but there are many who think you should be asking face value because they are fans. If you don't use TM DEMAND payment BEFORE TRANSFERING in cash or Paypal or equivalent (not Venmo as they won't stand by you if someone ties to scam you) Go Bills!
