Essentially he has to micromanage every detail in order to have success due to an inept pass-rush & porous run defense.  Brought up having a #1 ranked defense that didn't scare anyone & didn't really challenge any offense that was in the top half of the league. Every team they played with an offense that wasn't in the dumpster, defense looked average (or just bad).
