They did have a former government official in Ukraine .. and he said those he talked to put it at about 20% false flag, which is why they were ultra-cautious about advancing during all the chaos. For Wagner to get to Belarus they could slog all the way through Ukraine, or head east then north through Russia, towards Moscow. Then just take a left and be in Belarus.
