Yep they really had no bye week because it was week 4 their game was cancelled and moved After they prepped and practiced all week. This was going to be a mini bye at least

Fair point, I get it. But it's a wonky year for everyone. Just gotta roll with the punches.

(I'd like to say more, but it's about Leadership through this time, and it might quickly devolve into the politics/COVID stuff which we are all rightly trying to avoid on the main board.)

For sure, I hear ya.  I didn’t think we would make it this far tbh.  It’s just strange how they pick and choose.  I feel fortunate that the season is still going

Steelers and Ravens were supposed to play on Thursday?

Don't get NFL network (or ESPN) so unless it cross carried on broadcast station I do not see it.

Verizon FIOS put NFL network and ESPN into a sports tier network with a lot of other sports channels as package and then blamed ESPN/NFLN for price.  They could have separated them but then few would pay for that tier.  I rarely watch sports other than NFL so need for it other months.

This just sucks. Any chance a good college contest can move up? Thanksgiving without football all day is like.. well, like Thanksgiving without Macy’s Parade!

Oh. Wait! 😳

Parade is still on!  No spectators tho, I believe.

just put the map up.

only NYS and small sections of Cali and Oregon get the Bills

My bad, Slim.......I thought you meant getting the Bills off the "national map" of conversation, not the broadcast.

Again, my apologies.

It's never going to be "fair" this season.  The league will not only be taking COVID cases into consideration, but if/when it makes the most sense to move a game.  And they seem less likely to move Sunday games unless a certain threshold is met  (maybe 6+ active players?).  No one will really know other than the commish and the teams involved.

But the fact is,  it's very easy to move this Ravens game to Sunday since BOTH teams have it open.  And if more cases pop up on Baltimore, they can postpone it till whenever.  If this game was originally scheduled for Sunday I doubt they'd move it unless a bunch more positives come up.

The problem being, no consistency.

why was this game postponed, but the Bills game last week not?  We lost 4 players.  The niners had a game where they were missing 6.  The picking and choosing which games get postponed is the problem imo.

The Patriots could complain too when they lost Cam Newton due to Covid. Not that am siding with the Patriots but you're right that consistency is not there.
