Maybe I'm overthinking this, but I'm a little nervous about the close bond that Josh Allen and Sam Darnold have formed.  Not that either would purposely let any cats out of the bag, but I worry that with the time spent together, SOMETHING must have been shared.  Not to mention, there's a price for anything/everything and Jordan Palmer could make a ton of money giving inside info to his clients' opponents.

It’s all fun and games until Jordan Palmer enters the chat.

Oh come on now. Nothing that happens in week 1 establishes any team as, or precludes any team from becoming, a Super Bowl contender.

True that.  Now ... 0-2 ... might be a different story

0-3 is practically a kiss of death.

There should be zero reasons the Bills lose to either the Jets or Dolphins

I would like that.  FYI, the Back East Bar on Briargate Pkwy is a Bills Backers Bar.  I've met the owners a few times, they are from Rochester.

Good food (Beef on Wick and great Calzones) etc.  I was planning on going to a game or 2 there this year but you know, this Covid stuff.

I'd say Order In and Eat out

But you guys are already getting snow.

I'm in the Springs too.  Briargate, if I go out to watch Bills games I go to Good Company Bar n Grill on Union.

With the Covid stuff I'm sticking at home to watch the games.

I lived in the Briargate area too. I went to Mountain Ridge Middle School.

Been here 38 years now and just was offered an early retirement and took it!

I love it here but hope to get some traveling in after this Covid stuff.

Hoping to get to Utah next year.  One of the few states I haven't visited.

Well I live in Utah now, but I loved Colorado Springs. Utah does have some great stuff like the five national parks and great ski resorts and everything, like Park City.

Yeah, overall I think we have to start getting past “a win is a win” thing.

This can’t be 17-16, with Bass hitting his first walk off game winner.  They have to start setting the standard.

27-10 would be reasonably appropriate.

Yes. Just be in control the entire game.

Wonder if Josh misses the 18" of snow we're supposed to get here in Laramie WY.

At least we know Josh isn't going to be a little wuss over Buffalo weather.

Agree, we could win an ugly game and go on to win the Super Bowl, but we need to see this team take the next step. An ugly victory isn’t going to convince anyone we’re anything more than a one and done playoff team.

Seems we should, at the very least, have a video from practice of a perfectly lofted Allen bomb to somebody.  I'm worried the attempts to jump start the big ten season have Yolo distracted.

I'm guessing they are off today.  Isn't Tuesday the typical off day?

I like playing a little $$ each week on football. But man this yr is gonna be tough. Week 1 is basically impossible to predict. You might as well close your eyes and point at a team on paper.

I think some games (this one included) that are in week one are much easier to pick. Home teams picking up where they left off is generally a recipe for victory. Think napalm in the morning. The division thing won't be enough this weekend for the Jets. Bills win by ten.
