We don’t know yet how racist Mario was yet, but we’re sure to find out. We do know he was in favor of draconian jail sentences for crack dealers and he thought, they should be put in jail to get the Severe punishment from other prisoners that they deserve. FDR made a speech at the unveiling of a statue of Robert E. Lee on Dallas on 1936.
