I've questioned whether he is worth it, regardless of contract based on the last 3-4 years of data saying he has been really really bad on the field, where it matters most. The only response i get is "How dare you question McD you idiot" and "its not your money" I have not seen a logical argument that shows otherwise other than he played zone well 5 years ago. Norman is a big, physical corner who still tackles well and is solid in Zone. It's not uncommon for those guys to transition to SS/FS in their later years and we currentlyhave zero depth under contract.
