It certainly seems to be going that way. And if the current hot spots wind down in the next couple of weeks & the original ones don't re-surge then we'll know there's something to that theory. And IMHO that theory being right will go a long way towards forcing the schools to reopen and only go virtual for limited times if the area they're in get hit hard.
