You can not play soft on these WR.  They are too good.

On 3rd and 3 you don't have to keep them honest. That makes no sense.

It’s, in fact, an incredibly basic and commonly used approach. It can’t be your default approach to throw deep there but you should have the playbook open and avoid having obvious tendencies

So its a good play call on 3rd and 3 to have the option of throwing 20 yards downfield or have the QB run the ball as the only 2 options?

If it's an easy run for the first down of course it is

At least with Mayfield, they know they have a chance to throw themselves back into the game.

Why do other teams seem to have plays start faster on offense? Ours just seem to begin in slow motion.

no.  its on Allen also, NFL starters should be able to throw an accurate long ball.

Of course they should. He can’t.

I'm convinced we will not see one exciting bills game this season

Do you mean high scoring?  Then you're right.  No

Do you mean a close game?  Then they're all exciting.

This team gets more frustrating to watch every week. Why is lee smith on the field? He’s a penalty waiting to happen. Why is our “franchise qb” throwing his always inaccurate deep ball 15 yards past Cole Beasley on 3rd and 3?

Nothing to do with Lamar Jackson though.

Allen is better. People have broken down how it's just his supporting talent + the media propping Jackson up.

Didn't the Browns smoke Baltimore?

Jesus Baltimore is really good.

Could be the best team in the AFC; if not now, they have been trending that way

Well, throwing deep to Cole Beasley isn't an "obvious tendency" but it sure is stupid.

We're going to need at least one more big play on Defense to win this game...
