Is he being swayed by the local media (Mike Schopp) which seems to put little emphasis on the running back position? Personally, I feel a big play on Gordon would show lack of confidence in who is under center. Are you actually Mike Schopp?

He would be on the 5th year option again in 2020. bell wasn’t on the 5th year option. He was tagged, and didn’t sign it. Thank you. So we will be seeing him week 10, if all else fails. Agree he needs to suit up and play assuming no trade happens fast.

njbuff
If the Bills are unhappy with the RB position moving forward, they can easily rectify it in the 2020 draft with 9 picks as of now. There is ZERO need to severely overpay for a RB with picks and money right now.
Charles Romes
Makes sense for the Chargers to let Gordon seek a deal. I don’t know why anyone would let their RB run up such stats that he can insist on a franchise RB paycheck. Running back by committee to limit yards to 800 and salary to 5. The Patriot way.
