The pre-season ends up being the first time refs have to enforce new rules so there is actually an intrigue to how the refs call it in pre-season because that is an indicator of how it will be done in the regular season. But to this point I see a guy who struggles to make the throw because there isn't enough velocity for the ball to make to the wideout before the cornerback closes.
