i wonder How all of this went down.  Almost seems like we were the first team to inquire about him and Dorsey just said f it, let’s do it. No other team would offer more than a 7th rd pick 2 years from now?  This just doesn’t  make any sense.  If I’m the browns fans I’m pissed.  Big times. I’m sure they could’ve gotten more

I thought about this, too.  Flip it around, I'm curious if Dorsey called around and the Bills were  the only team to offer something.  Either way, its cool w me.

There has to be a tremendous amount to dislike about this guy from the Browns' perspective.  But we had nothing to lose unless he's a locker room cancer.  Bottom line, if he turns it around, it's a steal.  If we wind up cutting him, cost us little for the risk.

There are enough Vets on this team to straighten out any wanabe locker room turkey.

Besides Cleveland pays what bonus money thats due and the Bills can cut him no strings attached.

If I was a Browns fan and thank GOD I am not, I was be extremely pissed off that I just got a 2020 7th round pick for a 1st round WR.  Thats on the surface.  This tells me that my FO was going to release him, 2 years after passing up on Wentz for this guy.  This amazes me.

If you were a Browns fan, the fact your coach is 1-31 and still has a job should only serve as additional proof that nobody's driving the bus.

How could they possibly like the trade?

A 15th overall pick going into only the third year of his affordable rookie contract and who has shown promise when healthy....traded for a CONDITIONAL 7th round pick two years from now.

What's to like?

Well......I like it just fine! ?

Can you imagine if we got just that for Allen or Edmunds in a few years? Actually, it’s probably best not to try to imagine that....oh my......

I’m surprised no one has started a thread saying we should kick the tires on him after his recent video of burning a CB 20 years younger than him.

...careful what you wish for....Ochocinco is also lookin' for work...............

The fact we got a pick for someone else to pay his 16.5 million dollar salary still boggles my mind.

That's the difference in these 2 deals. The Bill's got a 6th for a talented formern1st rounder who has lacked motivation and had off field issues. But he was on his second contract and it was a big one that at least the Bill's can say they traded him for the cap space savings.

With Coleman, he was still cheap on his original deal and only 2 years from being drafted.

Well... yeah. You can't get worse compensation than a 7th two years from now.

Sure you can.

They could have taken a bucket of wings from Duffs and 50 unsold Dareus Bills jerseys as compensation.

He may end of being Percy Harvin, but at his age and with his talen., I couldn’t be happier about this

He plays a lot differently than Goodwin... who I like.. Goodwin is a lot faster on the field, but only really runs go routes , comebacks and outs

Coleman plays bigger, can high point the ball and is more like a poor mans steve smith or Odell right now. A smaller receiver who can play much bigger than his size, exceptional explosiveness

he is not that fast overall though is he? Explosiveness is Much more important I feel. Out of breaks and second gear are much more valuable than top speed. how's the the hands these days though ?
