...could care less if it was Rex who brought him here (I hate Rex).....the kid came and I believe he worked his tail off to become a starting QB......cannot find fault with his work ethic, public persona or anything negative regarding his teammates....unfortunately LIKE MANY, his shortcomings involved the mental aspect of the game at this level, which gives you the "luxury" of 5 scant seconds to process.....more fail versus succeed for that very reason.....yet the fecal little  keyboard cowards hoped and prayed for his failure......did I want the kid to succeed?...why not?...it would benefit the club. but it didn't work out so on to Cleveland with my best wishes lad for a new start to reallize your lifelong NFL dream......to the detractors, fecal DOES sink...Bon Voyage......pathetic..........

Very well said!

Tyrod’s trade is bittersweet for me. After the 3 points in our last game, and all the second half shut outs, I knew we had to move on from Tyrod for us to grow as a franchise. So this isn’t about his shortcomings.

I just wanted to say thank you for getting us to the playoffs and ending the drought. Thank you for always being a classy guy, who restructured his deal last year, handled his benching like a champ, and was well liked by his teammates.

I’m happy for what we got in return and I hope he finds success in Cleveland. I hope we find our franchise QB in all of this.

Please keep the criticism of Tyrod out of this.

TT was exactly what we needed these past few years and I thank him for being a great Buffalo Bill

Great post...and agree all the way on all points.

Thanks Tyrod and wish you nothing but the best in Cleveland.

Tyrod Taylor was exemplified everything you could ever want in a player off the field. Came in early, left late, provided excellent leadership, constantly worked to improved his craft, and worked hard at all times.

I will always be thankful for Taylor's efforts on the field for the city of Buffalo, for his quarterbacking the team to their first playoff appearance in 17 seasons, and for representing the Bills with class.

Good luck from here on out, Tyrod. I will root for you every single week...except for when you're playing the Bills!

I don't know why it would be bittersweet, other than the fact we backed into the playoffs.  I don't hate Tyrod at all.  He had his chance here and just didn't become the franchise guy.  The team has had these kind of guys before.  They just didn't work out.

The change of scenery should be good for both parties. Tyrod has well and truly starting banging his noggin on his ceiling. I hope for his sake that the triumvirate of Hue, Haley & Zampese can talk a leaf out of the Anthony Lynn/Greg Roman book and fit to his strengths.

The Bills need fresh impetus at the position and it's a fantastic deal to get what they did for Tyrod. It seems as though they are "all in" on finding the answer, I just hope that it's the correct one.

I've really grown fond of Tyrod as a man over the past three seasons. I respect his willingness to fight for a spot when he arrived, especially knowing he could've had an easy life as a backup elsewhere. He handled all the off-field wrangling with class and gave everything he had. Like it or not, he's a part of Bills 21st century folklore. I wish him all the best.
