Brown - he was awful last year and I think he will be a training camp cut Rookie of the year: White will be the most impactful, but Jones will probably "win" this team award simply because it will be easier to measure his impact Best 2017 Free Agent: Hyde - If not then they will be lucky to win 5 games Worst 2017 Free Agent: DiMarco - overpaid and not needed. I would like to see Tolbert and McCoy in the same backfield in two RB sets Bounce Back Player: Darby - fingers crossed or they are screwed just as bad as they would be if Hyde underperforms (Guy who had a bad 2016) "You still got it": Hughes Bonus: Who sets a single season Bills record OR what Bills Season record is broken as a team? Clay "leads" Tight Ends with team record low reception total for this group. Bills may have worst TE group in NFL. Add a breakout year for Watkins, Shady and the other backs more involved in the passing game, and a tricky knee -- it all adds up to an epically bad season by this group of Tight ends. Not hard to figure out really; there are plenty of players every year that pile up receiving yards without their QB being the team MVP. Really not that complicated...Because we think McCoy is going to have an equally big year. In fact, I think McCoy will not only get his 1700 combined yards again this year (Rushing and Receiving), but he could easily increase that if he stays healthy and could challenge for 2000 total yards. He hit 1700 yards last year despite missing a full game and more than half of 2 others. So if Sammy ends up with 1500 yards and McCoy has 1800 and double digit TD's, its pretty easy to see how McCoy would edge out Sammy in that case...Team receiving yard record isn't that high, in fact there are WR's in the NFL every year who put up more yards than the Bills team record.
