However... Though I acknowledge how horribly written it is, they're putting pressure the Cleveland Police, which are avoiding releasing public records. The fact that another sexual assault accusation on the same day has been filed is where their issue rests. They're being run around. So out of respect to those involved, they're not using names until the police report is made available. Issue is the with the police dept. It's terrible for ALL involved, but it's the station's job to report these things. And they're being handcuffed.
