Christ all Friday, I'm getting sick of Bills fans screaming for something to be done and when it is, complaining about it. Normally, the Bills stand pat in the trade and FA market. I would expect a QB who wants to start to go where he has the best chance to start. That doesn't make them "afraid" of competition. Yup, as discussed before, Nassib made a far bigger leap from '13 preseason to '14 preseason than EJ. Part of it was Nassib was awful in '13 and EJ was passable, but by '14, Nassib looked better in August. Nope, but I am saying none of the FA QBs are better than Cassel. Trying to claim one guy with a 79 career QB rating is better than the next doesn't mean much. If any of them are your starter, chances are it isn't going to end well. I was wondering if anyone had read that cassell isn't bad, but sanchez and not having to give up picks is clearly better I'm not sure that's a position one could entirely defend, but I'd be happy to listen if you care to try Better and cheaper option than McCown but Sanchez would be better. Still, the funniest part will happen (please God, don't actually happen) if the Bills actually sign Sanchez. In that scenario, JTSP will still find a way to make it an anti-Bills crusade. Thanks for that, Hopeful. I like Cosell a lot. IMO, he's one of the very best out there. I don't always agree with him but that would be impossible, and there is no exact science to this.
