CodeMonkey
I honestly can't say the Jills ever added anything to my game day experience at the Ralph. The dancing they do in the corners during the game is pointless, and for the halftime show they could/should get local high school squads to do it. They are more talented anyway. Captain Hindsight
I never even noticed them on game days. This isn't college. No cheerleaders are needed IMO
Over 29 years of fanhood
It's a club not a job. They should have made them pay to join, that would have alleviated confusion. It's a completely unnecessary sideshow... And frankly i completely understand the numerous teans who just don't waste thier time with it... PromoTheRobot
Team has a lot to be ashamed of if that complaint filed by the girls is even half true. Except that the Jills were managed by 97 Rock on behalf of the Bills. So who's at fault? The team or the cheap-ass radio station?

Bangarang
I never even noticed they were missing. It doesn't really make a difference whether or not we have cheerleaders on the sidelines.

I think competitive cheer leading is pretty impressive, but I am sure they would not be allowed to show off their cool moves do to liability issues.
