    I am posting for the first time in awhile to say just how bad Rex's coaching was. i thought he would be a great fit for us and was so excited when the Bills hired him. Well that was pretty freaking stupid of me. UGH.

    I work in the media (don't cover sports) and generally people give reporters too hard a time on here. But this story is just really bad.

    it was pretty telling that EJ gave a quote to the press about not being chosen for the starting role, said all the right things etc. Cassel was conspicuously absent. IMO of course.

    I was fine with keeping Cassel but not if it's the difference between signing Dareus or not. Preseason definitely convinced me Manuel can be the backup
