Why are we running to open up the pass? They need to run spread, pass the ball and the run lanes will open up. We don't have the line to run effectively or the RBs to run with a poor line.

It's the Oline. I was getting frustrated with playcalling cause it seems like we always run on 1st down in the 12-8 yg line range, but the truth is we SHOULD be able to run the ball for more than 1 or 2 yards down there.

I don't think this is a discussion about talking trash though, which I really don't do anyway. I believe the OP was talking about being happy for the misery of others, which I think can just be endorsed as karma. Even if we win anything (game, title) I wouldn't talk trash to anyone, I'd just wish them well and then laugh when I read their message boards.

Nope. I will never take it easy on Patriot fans because I detest each and every one of them. Being a Pats fan is a character flaw. Dolphins and Jets fans are consistently obnoxious too, so I don't see the point in this argument in regards to any of the teams in our division.

Not possible. Many, if not most Massholes are not actually fans, they derive some sort of personal bravado for following winning teams. When those teams are no longer winning, they jump ship. There are more than a few newly minted Bucs fans in the NE region. Bills fans have been selling out their stadium through decades of miserable football, not bandwagoners. I don't care about bragging, I just hate fairweather fans, so no I don't think we will be anything like them if we find prolonged success because we're not like them to begin with.

The offense is doing just fine, but I agree it's not firing on all cylinders - too many 3 and outs, too many slightly misplaced balls or drops, too much pressure conceded on the edges. I trust them to clean up the little mistakes and get it going full throttle. When the offense gets going full throttle this team will be terrifying. I'm not saying we're playing poorly, I just believe strongly that we can be better than what we've been thus far.
