  1. King is underrated as well. His number look poor, but it’s because of injuries.
  2. “Going rouge”. Is he hanging with pink and Aguilera?
  3. Jenkins might be an all pro in the next few years. That kid is ridiculously talented.
  4. Welp, Montez Sweat just made a bunch of money.
  5. Last time they played Diggs stole his lunch money then took Peter’s mom out with it. 11 receptions for 120 yards. To be fair though, it was Vikings vs Rams. Very different situations now. Still, I like Diggs chances 1:1 with Peters.... especially if it’s cover 0.
  6. Yeah. They should have moved on to hard drugs somewhere around mid-October.
  7. It’s almost be tempting to bring him in for some type of big nickel hybrid where Sherman specializes in covering TEs. His lost speed wouldn’t matter as much in a role like that. Just a thought. 🤷‍♂️
  8. I wouldn’t either. The other factor is that Caserio has seen what Frazier’s and McDs defenses have done to Brady on multiple occasions. I’m sure he has a lot of respect for the man, and knows that Frazier is particular and professional. It’s a legitimate shot for him to become a HC again.
  9. Best possible benefit would be for us to get up early and a heavy lake effect to catch them at halftime when they have to throw. Even better in that situation would be if we were wearing the all whites and Jackson couldn’t see the defenders.
  10. They will bring gifts. I’ve been feeding a pair of ravens behind my house for the last two years. Every week or two they drop off something shiny on the cooler by my back door; a coin, piece of mirror, smooth stone, etc.
  11. I have been really apathetic towards college football this year, and it’s going to be interesting going back and watching games. One thing I’m certainly going to dive into is those early Seminole’s games to look at Marvin Wilson. With the leg injury I think there’s a pretty solid chance he drops to the end of the first, and maybe later if he can’t go for the combine.
  12. The adjustment was solid, but unfortunately it didn’t trump the Colts advanced accounting on the officiating crew. If the Bills had come out with that at the start of the game I think we get out of that field position hole in the first quarter. I do think that Reich & staff really prepared better for this game. Unfortunately for them, McD smacked them with game day decisions..... which was nice to see as it signifies self assessment and improvement from McD. There’s really nothing we can do about the TE situation until the off-season. I think we would benefit from Sweeney if he was available though. He’s certainly not a world beater, but he did show a penchant for finding holes in zones, making himself available to Allen, and catching the ball. There’s a reliability factor that goes with being a 6’4” check down option. Still, he’s no world beater and we can definitely improve. As for defending TE’s, the only guys with the size and speed to do so on our D are Milano and Edmunds, and teams have figured out where they’re going to be and scheme to exploit the hand off to a DB. We saw that with the Doyle touchdown where there was a communication breakdown between White and Milano.
  13. Javante Williams probably won’t be there when we pick, but if he is I hope Beane considers taking him. Plus..... He’s a “Williams”.
  14. There’s a bit more to it than that. For starters; 58% vs 74% completion percentages for Rivers and Allen respectively. 36.5 (Colts) vs 47 (Bojorquez); punt average. 40% vs 100%; Colts vs Bills red zone efficiency. There are more aspects of this game where the Bills performed better when you start to look at the details. For example we took away TY Hilton (32 yards on 2 receptions) and limited Taylor to 3.6 y/c. As a result of a few things like that I don’t exactly see all of those drops as incidental. Rather, they managed to make Rivers throw to secondary options and rely on a rookie who’s had a fair amount of drops to make plays on critical downs. I also think that their offense looked a bit better than it should have due to the refs not calling holding at all. There were a few egregious holds that were completely ignored. Veldheer in particular got away with basically horse collaring Hughes and committing a violent act of love on Edmunds in the red zone. Of course, at the end of the day a team always stands a good chance of winning when they’re QB plays better and their head coach out coaches the other on game day.
  15. How could he accept it after what just happened? He’d lose the whole locker room.
  16. I don’t know about that one. I feel like Wright’s nose is too big of a target.
  17. We all knew Daboll was going to get interviews. Let’s just be happy that he wasn’t getting interviews from every team resulting in a bidding war. 🤷‍♂️. It’s Jets and Chargers. He given the opportunity to pick Daboll probably goes to LA, and he may just stay here with a pay raise if he doesn’t like how the Jets interviewed. Remember..... When you interview with an employer you are also interviewing them, especially when you’re an in demand contract employee. As for the distraction aspect.... IIRC, Daboll already set up staff lists, etc weeks ago, and the interview prep has been done for a while. I’d rather have the league put off the interviews until the first super bowl week or during bye weeks for the sake of competitive fairness. That said, good luck to Daboll.
  18. We play nickel instead of big nickel. None of our LBers have really stepped up against TEs this season. All of our DBs are 6’ or under. This defense has been inconsistent with passing off TEs from on defender to another. The pass rush has given TEs time to settle into zones or get down the seam.
  19. I’ve been spamming it to steeler friends every time Juju does something dumb and the other team goes ape.
