  1. Hey, I agree that TT is the GOAT at .538 win %. The long-term best plan is to see what NP can do. With TT this year, we'll probably miss the playoffs with 8-8 or 9-7, then he's gone, and we're back to square one. However, it would be great to make the playoffs, but we're getting short-term gratification at the expense of building a champion.
  2. I hope that guy is typing "TT - the best 8-8 QB of all time!!"
  3. A lot of Bills fans agree with you about making the playoffs at all costs. I fear that the costs will be one and done, a mid-round draft pick, and still no answer at QB. I know that many Bills fans agree with me that TT is not the answer. So we spend all of our draft capital on a QB that might not be the answer next year. NT might not be the answer, but I'd like to see him play 2-3 games to see if we have the QB we need. I think that would be a better scenario for us long-term than making the playoffs; however, it probably won't happen. We'll probably miss the 2nd season, and be in the same position as we've been in for 17 years with big QB questions. On the other hand, if we win the Super Bowl with TT, I'll be very happy. Go Bills!!
  4. This just in: if the Pats are up 30-0 at the half, it will be Peterman time. Yes. I see that handwriting on the wall. So we either miss the playoffs by a smiggen, or we get in and get embarrassed. In either case, we don't really know what we have in NP. We're in no man's land. Also, we get a mid-round draft pick. Very frustrating. Go Bills!!
  5. You may be right that TT is better than NP, but I don't think anyone really knows at this point. Again, I think we'll get a chance to see NP again, maybe by the half of the next game.
  6. Hey Alpha dog, nice point with #2. I agree. I bet Peterman gets another chance at half time, because TT will be TT somewhere over the next 5 games. Coach took a calculated risk with NP against Chargers because he felt that his quick release would give us a chance in a shoot out. TT gives us no chance to score 30. Coach's mistake was he miscalculated the ineptness of our OL.
  7. I think it it possible to not hate TT, and think he's not the guy. I wish TT was the guy, because I think he's good guy. Yall are convinced that Peterman is not the guy. I don't see why making the playoffs this year is so important. I'd rather see if Peterman is the guy, and use those 2 firsts on OL.
  8. I don't think anyone can say that Peterman is not the guy. I am resigned to the fact that he won't play as long as our playoff hopes are alive, but I would still like to see if he is the guy. I'm just saying that I'd rather be eliminated as soon as possible, and take a better look at Peterman, than go to the playoffs with a QB that will not be here next year, and is not the guy.
  9. Really don't hate the guy. I didn't hate EJ, JP and the rest. All great guys, but great guys don't win the Lombardi. I agree that TT is average, and he may get us to the playoffs. I just don't think that gets us any closer to the Lombardi. It we want to be great in 2-3 years, we need to find the guy. Is Peterman the guy? Many have already thrown him on the trash heap. I would like to see him play for 3 games.
  10. So Dog are you sayin you're with me on this? I feel real lonely.
  11. I bet the coach really would like to see what Peterman can do, because today once again confirmed to him that TT is not the answer, and he already knows that he won't be here next year. He may give us some slim chance to make the playoffs, but it we get there, we get embarrassed. I may be the only person who agrees with the coach who wants to see if Peterman is the answer. And I may be the only person who doesn't want to go to the playoffs this year if it means playing TT for the remaining games. I see it as a waste of time and contradicts the "process."
  12. Pistol Pete will play the last 4, and we'll see what we got. However, with this OL, it becomes nearly impossible to evaluate the kid. If he's impresses, then we don't need Tyrod. In fact, if he doesn't, we still don't want Tyrod. We need to use our 1st rounders on OL period. Get a QB in the second, and let's try to get Cousins, Luck, Bridgewater and other serviceable vet too.
  13. If we somehow beat KC, then we get to 9-7 and the playoffs. What do mean playoffs???!!!? If KC kills us, then we go 7-9 with no chance of getting our franchise QB. I would like to see Nate play 4 games, which should happen if we lose next 2.
  14. Totally agree with the pimpman that Peterman should play out the string.
  15. Does anyone actually think that TT can win the next 2 games? That's the only way we stay in the hunt. If he can't win the next 2, then just stay with the kid. I want to see if he can redeem himself. American loves that story! Go Bills!!!
  16. I really like this analysis. It will be interesting to see if Shady has more chances to shake and bake. If so, and Peterman gets 250 yards, then we have reason for hope even if we lose.
  17. Got it. Quantity is more important than quality. Go Bills. (now, I got 33).
  18. If it's true that a good question is better than a good answer then Jmo should receive a Pulitzer, Nobel, and Flying Fickle Finger of Fate award. Also, since I replied to this post, the board should take me off probation. I mean, what does it take to get off probation? I mean I believe that Peterman can do anything, and he is the best thing since the Sumarians and Hammurabi's Code. C'mon, besides a Bills win, I need to get off probation. It's important to me.
  19. This makes the game in LA this Sunday the most interesting game in a decade. Can't wait!!
  20. Hey, I drove 10 hours to see our Bills beat Bucs. I think an alien took over TT's body 2 weeks later. I agree that TT is toast.
  21. It will be interesting to see how many 3rd and 13s we have. I predict he makes quick throws, and dishes to Shady. If we have less than 3 sacks and less than 3 3rd and longs, we win. It could be epic!!!
