  1. Hear me know and believe me later: forget about drafting QB in 1st and get some OL and LB studs, and we'll get to the playoffs with AJ. Adults will not wish upon a star. I think we have adults now at OBD.
  2. Does this dude stretch for field for our strong armed QBs??
  3. Rodgers is the only current QB that I would give 5 picks for, which means I would not give 5 picks for any of these rookie guns. If Rosen is still there at 4, I'd give 12, and a 2nd this year and next. No more.
  4. That is fine; however, I hope we don't give 5 high picks to get a high-risk QB rookie. I would say 22 would be a risk worth taking. Also, I think BB would do likewise at 18-23, but not a boat load of high picks.
  5. My point is that our GMs plan D, E, or F was to get Rudolph at 22. I think BB wants him. I may be wrong. However, it really looks like there is a high possibility that we don't a QB in round 1. You may not like Rudolph, but he would be a good pick at 22. I don't think BB will let us have him at 22.
  6. BB's has essentially taken Rudolph at 22 away from us. He knows we can't take Rudolph at 12. If Bills pass on him, then he becomes a Patsie. Just the way BB planned it.
  7. Also, I don't see the Gmen wanting to help the Patsies. We've got the ammo to deal for either #2 or #4, and I'm leaning toward the latter is Rosen is there.
  8. I see the scenario that our Bills get shut out of the highly touted ones, and would like to use 22 on Rudolph as plan D, E or F. The master chess player has checked us on that. Also, BB wants Rudolph like Tiger wants another green jacket.
  9. Did you forget that they have the GOAT, and we've got nutin honey?
  10. I think BB thinks he is forcing us to go QB before at 12 or earlier. He doesn't want us to think that we can wait until 22 to get Rudolph. In fact, he wants the option to jump into the teens to get Rudolph. So he gets Rudolph, and we spend all of our draft capital on a high-risk rookie. BB is the master puppeteer.
  11. IF Bills pass on Rudolph at 12, Pats will get him soon thereafter.
  12. I agree that BB wants him some Rudolph. If we don't move up, or it we don't get Mayfield at 12, then he'll jump in front of us to get him some Rudolph. BB doesn't want Mayfield, he wants him some Rudolph. IF we get our QB, BB will get him some Rudolph. He will be smirking in private.
  13. If any of these guys were considered can't miss like Peyton, Stafford, Cam or Ryan; I would say 3 firsts would be justifiable. Otherwise, let the draft come to you and see what's available in the 6-10 range. C'mon, let's not be stupide with the risks.
  14. I think Bills GM is smart enough not to get up all our picks for Allen or Mayfield, but it they're there at 10, do it.
  15. Many on this board can't really blame the JETS for overpaying, since they are saying do the same. The 2 other teams in AFCE hope we do the same since none of these are shoe-in franchise QBs. No Lucks, Staffords, Ryans, or Rodgers here. If Mayfield or Allen are still there at 10, I say move down; however, I hope we keep most of our picks because I think AJ is good enough if we use our picks to get 3-4 starters.
  16. Dude now you shooting straight. I'd trade Emmett, LT, and Jerry Rice for Tom Brady in a NY minute. Just sayin.
  17. Bama: I say keep our picks, and get a QB in 2nd, and let's roll with AJ to the playoffs!!!!!!!!!
  18. Champions have depth. If we don't get a franchise QB, our boat load of picks will fill holes and make us stronger across the board. I like our chances of making the playoffs with AJ and these picks. I'm not so sure if we give up the picks and start a rookie QB.
  19. I pullin for him. Maybe Peterman can!!
  20. Hey Baseball Head: Your posts 90% of the time make me laugh out loud, and your comments made this a much better thread. BTW, can you wax on about what if JFK dodged the bullets? Just trying to give you some material. Oh, never mind, I think Garth already did that one.
  21. Yes, Rogers or Luck or Stafford would be worth 3 ones, but NOT any of these neophytes. I think we can get back to playoffs by reloading with our picks, even if we have to go with either of the two QBs we have today, and we'll score more than 3 points.
  22. Here's a reality check: forgetabout trading up. Not gonna happen. If GM didn't want to outbid Jets for #3, why would he go all in for #1 or #2. I think he got to #12 so that he can leap frog Miami with Oakland to get whoever is left.
  23. Big mistake to let him walk. We should've traded his rights for #2 pick.
