  1. NFL RBs who've suffered a ruptured Achilles in the past 20 years.
  2. No way. He's running OK behind some fantastic blocking tonight, but he's shot. Here's the list of NFL RBs who have had any successful seasons after a torn achilles: 1. n/a 2. n/a 3. n/a That's right, there are zero...
  3. It's crazy how awful this Colts offense is. Just last year, with a past his prime Rivers, they were a very solid offense. Wentz is bad, but the play calling is even worse. They clearly don't trust him to throw downfield, unless it's a 2-minute drill.
  4. It's crazy that he has 5 TDs in 5 games, and didn't score a single college TD.
  5. Maybe we can get a fair weather game & really show the world.
  6. Dish sucks, they drop channels all the time to strong arm networks into lowering their fee to carry it. They did the same with NFL Network & HBO a year or 2 ago, it took a couple months to get it back. I was sick of waiting & dropped Dish. Who know how long it'll drag this time.
  7. #1 Easiest schedule vs Offenses is an asinine stat. Bills have played the easiest because the teams they played got shut down. They couldn't be the #1 Defense without that being true.
  8. He probably just finished playing Madden with Allen before posting that.
  9. Mac Jones looks like later career Chad Pennington. He seems smart but that arm is a noodle. Chad did OK back then, but it'll be hard to sustain a good career in the modern era with that arm.
  10. I still don't understand why we cut Forrest Lamp. I thought he had a shot to be our best OG. Not sure how bad his injury was, but I'd have rather seen him IR'd.
  11. I'd bet every GM in the league would take Herbert over Lamar Jackson if given the choice. I bet at least half would prefer Burrow.
  12. He was aiming at the receiver underneath, but threw it about 6ft over his head. Having your feet that close together & throwing off the back foot will do that.
  13. I remember back when our "extra opponent" was announced as Washington. There were tons of posts here saying that we got screwed and they're a tough team, speculating that their D-line would give us fits. Seems like it worked out just fine. The schedule doesn't matter, just beat the team across from you each week. If we can beat KC, we'll be in the AFC driver's seat.
  14. Mitch needs try to pull a Tannehill. He'll find a team like Washington, Houston, Pittsburgh, maybe even the Giants- where he has a shot to take over, and I'd bet om him being successful.
  15. In addition to the 5 who already done it, we have: 6- Beasley- lock 7- McKenzie- lock 8- Singletary- very likely 9- Sweeney- probably 10- Kumerow- probably (may take a WR injury) 11- Breida- possible 12- Josh- maybe 13- Gilliam- maybe 14- Spencer Brown or other O-lineman- slight possibility 15- Taiwan Jones- slight possibility
  16. The majority of the parking for Bears games is in underground garages, they don't even allow tailgating in those, plus you'd basically be in a cave full of cars. Plus they're a couple miles away from the stadium and you have to take a shuttle bus. There's still a couple smaller outdoor lots near the stadium, but they're hard to obtain. There used to be tons of outdoor parking back in the day, but nowadays entire area around Soldier Field is park land & of course the museums, there's literally no more space to add a parking lot, unless they knock down a few skyscapers. There's no bars anywhere near it either. The Ralph has plenty of flaws, but WNY people have no idea how good they have it with the game day experience.
  17. It's the same stadium. The original Soldier Field is still intact, they just added $500M to it so that it looks like a giant spaceship landed on top of the original Soldier Field. It still sucks, and the parking/tailgate situation is the worst in the NFL. I turn down free tickets every year because it's such a hassle.
  18. Kelce isn't really even a TE, he lines up in the slot or out wide a lot more than he's inline. Kittle is the best true TE in the game today.
  19. I don't know if anybody can get 10 sacks with all the DL rotation we do. It seems to me that AJE & Rousseau are clearly outplaying Hughes & Addison through 2 games, but they'll still never see more than 55% of the snaps. I really wish McD would ride the better players.
  20. Based on what I've seen, he's apparently been correct about a few Dolphins rumors in the past.
  21. I'm out of market & I've been using the shady stream sites for 2 years, rarely any issues. I even use it on my phone if I have to go somewhere. If they make a real streaming purchase option, I'll be all over it, but since they don't, I have no problem operating in the "grey area"...
  22. It seems like Favre has only seen highlights of Josh & isn't at all familiar with his 2020 season. He says "He's raw" & "He isn't putting up crazy numbers, yet". Neither of those are remotely true, it's like he's talking about Josh after his 2019 season. Josh 2020- 4,544 yards & 45 total TD. 10 INTs Favre's best statistical season (1996)- 4,413 yards & 40 total TDs. 13 INTs
  23. Imagine if the Pats had drafted Nick Chubb, Michel's college backfield mate who went 4 picks later, instead. I'm really glad Hoodie can't draft.
  24. What the heck has Knox done to retain the starting spot? Hollister has outplayed him by a lot already & deserves to take over. Knox has had a handful of great plays in 2 years, and 2-3 handfuls of utterly brutal plays, with the rest just "meh". I won't be happy if Knox is getting a majority of snaps.
  25. 9 hour drive. I've never driven it, always flown.
