it starts with the GM with talent ..... both players and coaching example of a BAD GM (brandon) .....hiring a well known 3-4 head coach (rex) for a team that already had a Top 5 D that played 4-3.....total stupidity....players out of position and wasted years turning over the roster.

MNF has been a revolving door of bad announcing they did the wise thing and upgraded to mediocrity. for me, buck and aikman are good , but not great. its alot harder than it looks..... there are several main play by play guys that are good (michaels, nantz, gus johnson, harlen, ian eagle) but very few color commentators.....even tony romo is starting to wear on me....lol

for me, that draft party is a big waste of time before the pick, of course they reveal nothing after the pick they say it was the guy they wanted all along its so much more enjoyable watching from home having said that,,,,,its a mistake on the bills part for not having it....some folks really enjoy it........the biggest reason is probably the cost of opening the stadium and all the security needed to keep it safe

some coaches like belichick bench players who make mistakes and are considered a genius disciplinarian some coaches like sean mcvay go for it on 4th and 1 and fail, but are viewed as trusting his players....a players coach i haven't heard one player past or present complain about mcdermott....but hey, dont let that stop ya by your reasoning, if you tell a loved one to do something and for whatever reason it doesnt turn out well.....its your fault anyways, i dont think mcclappity is scaring anybody away....in fact, just the opposite....one of his greatest strengths is getting his players to buy into the team concept, unselfish play. hes got some faults....but scaring away players aint one of em
