pegula's simply doing their due diligence they know exactly what they want....a new domed downtown stadium is inevitable just a matter of when (i say opens in 2030 ) and how much they can extract from the state/taxpayers PSL's will knock out most current STH's also, i'd venture a guess if they did absolutely the bare minimum to the current stadium it would last another 20 years
