  2. i have a friend who sits in lower bowl , 50 yard line, with 1965 seniority. he has NOT been called for his experience appt yet so i highly doubt anyone else from the lower bowl has been called
  3. agree investing heavily in WR is not a proven recipe for a super bowl win the current Bills team is in Cap jail. we can't afford to trade and pay top dollar for a free agent at any position. the bills need to keep and save their premium first and second round draft picks this year and next to fill several holes WR1, Edge, Safety, Center. makes no sense to bundle all those premium draft picks to move up into this years top 10 for a WR1. minor moves using our 4th, 5th or 6th round picks is fine.
  4. he wants more money than what we were paying diggs i dont see us landing any big fishes in free agency because we dont have the cap space which is why we will hang on to both this years a next years first and second round picks. any trade ups will be minor using 4th, 5th or 6th round picks
  5. you may be right....but i just provided a link from NYS dept of State saying the opposite. A license is not needed for selling tickets originally bought for personal use. what proof do have, please provide a link.....do you know any sabre STH who is an average joe who was targeted by the sabres ?
  6. REGULAR JOES vs BROKERS ? for me, there is a big difference between a STH who has 2,4,6,8, 10 tickets originally bought for personal use vs a broker who might be re-selling hundreds. they should be treated differently when it comes to this NY STATE BROKERS LICENCE requirement the Sabres have recently enacted on some of their STH's. the more i dig into this issue, the more i think that may already be the case ?? A license is not needed for selling tickets originally bought for personal use. https://nyc-business.nyc.gov/nycbusiness/description/ticket-reseller-license#:~:text=Businesses or people that resell tickets need a,for selling tickets originally bought for personal use. A Ticket Reseller is any person, firm or corporation who resells or engages in the business of reselling any tickets to a place of entertainment or who operates an internet website or any other electronic service that provides a mechanism for two or more parties to participate in a resale transaction or that facilitates resale transactions by the means of an auction, or who owns, conducts or maintains any office, branch office, bureau, agency or sub-agency for such business. It is the responsibility of licensees to understand the Ticket Reseller License Law. https://dos.ny.gov/ticket-reseller

  9. In 2011, the NFL adopted Resolution G-4, which states as follows: (snipet) That if PSLs are sold (whether by the applicable club, its affiliated stadium entity, a municipal authority or otherwise) with respect to a particular stadium construction project, such PSLs shall be entirely dedicated to the project costs in respect of such project and shall be eligible for an exemption from sharing in accordance with current policies. https://greenberglawoffice.com/nfl-credit-facility-has-made-possible-new-state-of-the-art-stadiums/ (have fun down this rabbit hole...lol)
  10. whoever is responsible for the crackdown......it's highly likely it will eventually effect bills STH's
  11. makes perfect sense except the sabres seem to be in another down year.....and yet they are purging resellers Buffalo Sabres Crack Down on Ticket Resales with License Requirement, Fans in Uproar Over New Season Shakeup https://fanrecap.com/buffalo-sabres-crack-down-on-ticket-resales-with-license-requirement-fans-in-uproar-over-new-season-shakeup/
  12. bills will be cracking down on ticket brokers/ frequent nfl ticket exchange listers....just like they recently did with sabres STH anyone who thinks they will buy tix in the new stadium only to resell most of them are in for rude awakening buy a NY State Brokers License or not be able to buy tickets....which may lead to losing your PSL
  13. NO for me, the worst football game is better than the best anything else

  19. beane got great value for a 1 yr rental this other discussion revolves around some who think that because it's a 2025 2nd round pick....that its only worth half as much as if it was a 2024 2nd round pick....which i do not believe
  20. the only GM's who think this years 42nd pick is more valuable than next years 42nd.....is one who thinks he will be fired after this season and not around to use next years pick if his team doesn't improve this season. totally short term selfish reason....not in the best long term interests of the team
  21. if your willing to trade your next years 480 points (2nd round pick) for my this years 220 points (3rd round pick) i'd do that every year with ya. to me this years 42nd pick is worth exactly the same as next years 42nd pick.
  22. if that is true would you trade your next years 2025 @ 2nd round pick for my this years 2024 @ 3rd round
  23. according to the draft value chart minn gets #23 pick in 2024 draft is worth 760 points hou gets #42 pick in 2024 draft is worth 480 points hou gets #188 pick in 2024 draft is worth 16 points hou gets #42 ?? pick in 2025 draft is worth 480 points (which could go higher if minn struggles with new qb) which they just gave to bills hou TOTAL POINTS is 976 vs the 760 they gave up
  24. what is the "fee" the bills PSL Agent charges to complete/record a "TRANSFER" of the psl from an aftermarket transaction.....the agreement does not say
