On the 2 point try, Allen threw a bad ball on what was already a bad play call that neutralizes Allens super power which is Allens legs, play extension, and power. But the throw was poor, and Allen knew it and wanted that throw back. The whole point to throw that ball is that Keon has size advantage and strength advantage. But Allen did not throw the ball to where those things factored in -- instead he threw a liner right to the midsection where a very handsy Wiggins was there to disrupt the play. Where Allen put the ball took it from a play where we can have the advantage and positive odds to convert and made it a low percentage conversion attempt. That ball needs to be high and over the top or high and to the outside of Keon to where he use his size to box out the defender and can go get the ball, not a low trajectory shot to the meat of a smaller defender in Keons mid section. Poorly executed by Allen - uncalled PI by Wiggins - and terrible play call by Brady. There was a lot wrong with that play not related to Keon. In fact, you could use the film on this play to show exactly how not to execute it. But even with the poor throw, it was still a way worse decision. Any play where you have Allen just throwing off the snap to a locked on target you are adding too much variance where its conversion is entirely dependent on too many variables while taking away all the things Allen does best. And as much as I love Allen, this exact type of play has been one we have always poorly executed.

Especially Dorian strong! Baptism by fire. And came out a winner!

Feels like the Supreme Court taking a hatchet to the Fourth Amendment would be considered a bad thing by the freedom crowd. But maybe, for some unexplainable reason, they are supportive of the state stopping people without reasonable suspicion so long as those people are presumed to be brown. Also, I don’t know how any district judge is supposed to deal with these unexplained orders that treat settled law as overturned without actually overturning the settled law.

Just that Jackson, Andrew, Henry has pissed away games as well. Allen doesn’t. That’s the only difference here, to me. So yeah, McDermott is worse because he’s QB is a gamer til the end. And he’s either worse or better because he’s got way less to work with (or he develops talent into jags). Bills need Baltimores front office though.. -
I left the Roland Hooks catch game vs New England many many years ago. I heard the cheers from the parking lot and we scrambled to the car to turn on the radio and find out what happened.

I'm not sure O'Connell does either. When I turned the game on JJM was 1/2 for 5 yards or something like that. It was the second quarter. I feel like KO is at the very worst a "fine" coach and has made due with some very"meh" QB's. This game from JJM has the same vibe as that game JP Losman threw like 8 passes. They know they're toast. -

Most of those people probably weren't even alive for that game -
I mean, it’s pretty simple. Don’t reach out and touch the opposing players when they’re celebrating.

...go to the next home game and have fun. I'm with Sal on this. The only people criticizing the fans who left early are fans who didn't even go in the first place. It's tough ask to stay up late in OP on a Sunday night. I couldn't even handle it in my bedroom in North Buffalo. I shut it down at 40-25 and turned over. Woke up to a very nice surprise this morning. -
How much better is the Ravens team on paper than the Bills?

Besides what’s been mentioned I’m taking Milano over Simpson. Definitely Torrence over faalele and maybe even Edward’s. Did y’all miss where ed blew up their entire iOL. This is really much closer than peeps are giving credit (besides Safety and MLB the difference is pretty small). -
I can't even imagine what it must have been like for the rookies and other players who are in their first season here to have THAT be their first NFL experience as a Bill.

9/7/25 Post Game Thread - Bills vs Ravens SNF

Amazing game and great comeback, but overall I don’t think we should feel great about yesterday. We have known Josh is elite and he proved that again yesterday. The defense is still flawed and needs to improve if we are going to win it all. It’s week 1 and hopefully things change/improve, but to me we looked like the same team, with the same strengths and weaknesses as last year and in our playoff exits. -

Love this movie and William Zabka has had an interesting career playing hate-able characters. -

No mention of Bills Ravens in Berman's fastest 3 mins, unless they film it last night. -
Ask Josh Norman about King Henry’s stiff arm… assuming he’s returned from orbit. Watching the gif you realize it’s basically a perfectly sized up and timed right hook to someone who is already backpedalling.

I tuned out in the third quarter, put some Netflix on. Turned the game back on when it was 40-25 and just let it play out. I'm no less of a fan. -

Pat McAfee called the last week Now kickers are allowed to bring in their own practice used game balls Before the NFL would bring the kicking balls for the kickers now they get to have broken in balls McAfee said it's going to add at least 5 to 10 yards of accuracy -
My wife handed me my 11 month old son after his bath and that is when the late run began. So I didn't put him down even after he went from happy to fussy and wanted to get to the floor to play with his brother. He still had sit on dads lap hahaha, he was my good luck charm. I also changed my Bills hat to a different one to start the 4th quarter. You're welcome.

They were a big part of it. As vets they needed to play better. With the exception of Oliver I don’t think too many guys played well at all. They both don’t get a pass. Nor do the D coaches including McD .. not acceptable championship caliber D.
