If he's willing to come back in a depth role, this is such an easy yes. He's a capable starter that will likely sign for the league minimum.

Yeah, Trump grifting is the problem in DC. The iron friggin law is absolute.

@nucci has been on the phone with YouTube all day looking for a deal...but his customer service rep just got called away to join the Indian army in their looming war with Pakistan, so he'll be on hold awhile... Seriously, anyone know how the student option works? You just need to sign into their YouTube account on Sundays?

TJ Watt Speculation after Pickens trade (Nothing Official)

Antonio Brown. Did I miss all of the other Pitt WR's that didn't do well that would make acquiring a Pitt WR a cautionary tale? Plaxico Burress immediately put up 1250 for the Giants and went on to catch the game winning TD to beat the undefeated Patriots in the SB. Emmanuel Sanders played tremendous in Denver. Mike Wallace had four 800-1,000 yard seasons after he left Pittsburgh.

New regime coming in wants to clean out the stink from the last regime... I didn't expect it either but I get it. They have BTJ and Hunter to play outside so Gabe and his rehabbing knee are a redundancy on the roster.

This is an interesting exercise because it all comes down to whether these guys are going to be used in a way that plays to their strengths. For example, Kincaid is a perfect example of this. This guy was a beast in college running up the seams and running deep crossers. Her was a mismatch in college because of how well he ran and the hands he has. That's one of the reasons I was high on him coming out. But, fast forward to how he has been used in our offense, especially early in his career and all they do is ran screens, flairs, and short stop routes over the middle. Heck, they were barely using him down the field and it made absolutely no sense. Now, I will say as the season went along last year, they eventually started using him a bit more down the field than they had been, but it took forever to get there. Coleman is another one. Everyone knows I am not a big fan of Coleman's game. I didn't like him in college and I am just not sure he will ever be more than a WR4 in the NFL. That said, I am not sure we used him to his strengths last year. Too many times, we just sent him down the field in hopes he could out-jump someone at the catch point. Coleman running long routes is laughable to me. We all know he's slow and can't create separation. So, why are we sending him on deep routes down the field? The best way Coleman can help us are on short slants, short stick routes, and intermediate back shoulder throws along the sidelines. The other way he can help is in the scramble drill by just trying to make a play when Allen hucks the ball up (ie. the Jets game at the end of the year jumping out of the stadium for the TD where Allen basically just threw up a prayer or the Lions game where Allen scrambled out right and Coleman just too off down the sidelines and made a play out of structure). But, for whatever reason, the slant pass is not a big part of this offense. Seems like we see it like 5 times a season whereas other teams use it more than that in one game. I think Coleman can be a player on this team, but you have to play to his strengths and make mask his shortcomings. So yeah.....I'll give you my list, but I am going to base it on talent and skill set assuming that we find a way to play to each player's strengths. 1. Shakir (The one guy we actually use correctly. He is schemed open. He's smart enough to find holes in zones. Great hands. Great vision. Sneaky quick/fast. Keep on using him exactly how he has been used.) 2. Palmer (#2 and #3 on my list may flip here because we haven't seen these guys with a QB like Allen. I think both of these guys are going to be good in our offense. Palmer has decent size and speed and has shown he can win in man coverage which we didn't have really anyone do last season.) 3. Moore (As mentioned above, I can easily see him making a bigger impact on this team than some do. I am higher on this signing than many and I think there is a ton of untapped potential here. Quite honestly I can find a path for him to be the best WR on this team by the time it is said and done. I think those projecting him to be fighting for a roster spot at the bottom of the depth chart are flat out wrong. He may be the most physically talented WR we have in terms of tools.) 4. Kincaid (I said my piece about him above. I think he has been miss-cast in the offense for the most part so far. But, if they figure out how to use him as the miss match he can be, he could shoot up this list. I still think he has everything it takes to be one of the best receiving TEs in the league. Just split the guy out and let him run. He can't block.....probably never will be able to block. But neither can Kelce. Just use him down the field.) 5. Coleman (Again.....talked about him above. Just not sure he will ever make the impact we all want him to. He should embrace his inner Larry Fitzgerald and just put on a lot of mass and go out and play bully ball. Fitz was never a blazer, but he was physical at the top of routes and just shoved guys around to create separation. Might be his best option to turn into a great player someday.) 6. Knox (We all know what he is. No explanation necessary.) 7. Samuel (This is a tough one for me because I don't know how bad he was hurt last season. I had much higher expectations for him going into last season. I thought he was going to be used all over the field including in the backfield. But we never got a great look at this because he got hurt before the season ever got started. So, he is going to start down here, but could absolutely shoot up a few spots quickly if we find out that the injury was worse than we knew.)

Recount 1 time last season where you felt like throwing something at the TV because Hollins dropped a crucial ball at the worst possible time or ran the wrong route... now think back on how many times you had to restrain yourself from breaking #### when Davis did that (or maybe it was just me).

I have a lot of faith in Coleman. Put up very respectable numbers in a run heavy/ball distribution offense and demonstrated the skills & body control that got him drafted in the 1st round. Kincaidās stock has dropped with me immensely. I almost feel like we would be better off with Knox taking the majority of snaps as he is a much superior blocker and has better hands. His big play ability is also underrated amongst fans. Samuel is the most intriguing player for me. I think he could do some serious damage, but badly needed year to learn the offense and gain chemistry w/ Allen. I think he is going to much improved this season now. Brady needs to get more creative and look at how the 49ers used Deebo. Implement some screens/runs for the love of God. Shakir continues to be a player on the rise and Allenās number 1 option until somebody else breaks out. Dependable, great hands, shifty, and clutch. Glad Beane locked him up. Josh Palmer was my least favorite offseason acquisition. Iām hoping the FO sees something special because I certainly donāt. I would love to be proven wrong, but seems like way too much money to give someone who is that unproven. Heās fast though ? š¤·āāļø Same with Moore. Underwhelming. The bottom line is we need our young players to start making a jump. The whole season depends on their progression.

Not a fan. If he is willing to take a reduced role and play special teams, maybe.

Hopefully India doesn't get nuked after we just negotiated free trade with them

I once thought a peacock would be a real neat gift for my wife, little did I realize how they look to look at their reflection in glass doors and and leave massive turds on my front patio. It didn't take long for the peacock to be part of the wild nature food cycle, I wasnt too upset.

I usually see one of these threads every year to discuss pricing and deals, so thought I'd start it up. Prices keep going up on YouTube. With You Tube TV subscription: Sunday Ticket $378 with RedZone $422 YTTV subscription fees are extra Standalone: Sunday Ticket $480ā with RedZone $522 No separate tv package needed Student Plan: Sunday Ticket $119 with RedZone $129 Will need to verify student status No separate tv package needed I got the standalone ST + RedZone the last 2 years and worth the cost but starting to get steep. Last year around this time, they offered $100 off for signing up early but I see nothing out there as far as discounts/deals this year. Please post if you got em.

My opinion is that we should not go back. The good old days of Diggs, and Davis are long gone. We've evolved and I think there is no reason to bring back Davis. I remember too much inconsistency from him. Yeah he had some absolutely incredible games, but also too many games where he was invisible. Let's just move on and give some of the newer guys a shot.
-
I certainly did not see it coming. He was really bad last year for Jacksonville..........but for a team to eat $20M on a mid-level contract like that is a drastic maneuver. I figured they'd give it one more try and hope that the trash he put on tape was just a fluke. Apparently didn't take them as long as it did for Beane to realize he was a disaster as a WR2.

No room at the inn for Gabe.

And he *should* be better. Last year was his first year on the job and I expect him to have learned some things.

I am optimistic that with our new WR additions and the development of previously drafted talent, our WR are going to absolutely GO OFF this year. The main complaint last year was that we did not have WR's that could get separation, or make contested catches. That seems to have been addressed by the signings. I am obviously biased and want us to succeed, but I really do think that Josh Allen will elevate this entire squad and we will see improvements from last year. (which statistically was still very, very good)
