  1. Past hour
  2. That's not the way they choose to operate. They lead the NFL in offense. Just because you don't like the way they operate, doesn't make them wrong.
  3. You sent a link over, I read the link, read up on the guy and offered thoughts on the situation as he described it. You’re not restricted from discussing nuances—well, you might be because you’re a simpleton taking marching orders from your betters. I’m not. It is ok to think deeper, dig deeper, and have conversations. This is how we learn, and it may have helped you avoid losing your shirt when you went all in with your Beanie Babies investment at the top of the market.
  4. Glad to hear you are better in your second life. Very inspiring to hear stories such as yours.
  5. I think Cook is great but no comparison to Thurman as an all around back or even a pure RB. Thurman had: - more power- - much better moves - and read the holes much better
  6. Living here, I don't think your view is accurate. There wasn't one time in the cycle where she had a chance. He endorsed her and provided add content for her. His legacy is just fine and I expect we will hear from him again. I for one, would be delighted if he re-emerged on the national scene. Smart. Talented. Great speaker, Natural, genuine enthusiasm. Not a career pol with debts to entrenched forces.
  7. Sure but he would be a complimentary piece here not a piece that changes the offense dramatically. He isn't the guy that can just flat out win outside against press coverage. Was that worth what it took to get him? I'd probably have been willing to offer a 4th this year and a 5th next year. But that isn't as good as the Seahawks offer. And that is about as high I'd have gone.
  8. Pretty much like any ethnic cleansing. Someone says something to appeal to some base after they get riled up and then it's forgotten about.
  9. Undercover angel, midnight fantasy I never had a dream that made sweet love to me Undercover angel, answer to my prayer You made me know that there's a love for me out there (Somewhere) yeah, somewhere
  10. "We cannot stand by" means that we're pretty much just standing by.
  11. Yup it’s funny I have conversations with a PCP here in Arkansas who prescribed me and he said times are different. Guys used to get lost in gambling, alcohol, abusing their wives and children as their outlet for their issues which in itself is sad but he said this generation has been better taught that not to hit women or children and alcohol consumption is massively down in this country so men no longer have these old outlets to deal with their issues
  12. I'm not a fan of Beane but it's hard to criticize the Diggs trade. He had a huge and immediate impact on this team and on Josh's development as an elite QB. Obviously, with hindsight, you'd probably go back and keep the pick and draft Jefferson, but with hindsight Jefferson would also be a top-10 pick.
  13. Even setting aside the unsavory players here, any parent who o.k.'s this kind of thing for their 14 year old daughter is a creeper.
  14. Buddy, relax. It was a joke. Go outside and enjoy the fresh air. Cripes. I think you may need help. But if you still wish to take it seriously, tell us what you think about trading with them so they could get Mahomes.
  15. Yeah I have no doubt we would have taken Shenault or Reagor, after a trade up no less
  16. This is really unscientific and I'm really ready to take the heat for it. No stats to back it up. Just my eyeballs, and being at games watching. But I know what would really make our team use our receivers more, and in the correct role. IF WE ACTUALLY HAD ONE THAT WAS WORTH A CRAP. Why is it so hard to see, or to admit, that our receviers blow? It's not any of our faults. Most of them, for one reason or another, always have, and always will kinda suck. Shakir would be a beast next to a real #1. This isn't thesis level complicated. At least I feel better now.
  17. Well, no, but if he wanted to protect his legacy, he needed to work a little harder. It's more like he didn't want the taint of his loser Lt Gov to rub off on him. Not exactly a team player.
  18. Jeremy floated a funny topic. Even though still an active player, place him as the legends of the game guy to intro us for the Bucs. It was a creative idea. Sal confirmed there are no rules against it. Get him out there on crutches and the fans will go absolutely nuts. I liked it.
  19. One of these weeks I'll get the exact score - Why not this week?! Bills 31, Fish 20
  20. She seems like your standard issue VP candidate. Good resume, won't upstage the top of the ticket, helps the Dems with the diversity thing, certainly holds her own in a debate.
  21. You're saying Jimbo can't dance?
  22. Ted Cruz, too long-winded? Say it ain't so! The point: Cruz didn't do a basic cross-examination of Comey. He pontificated, as usual, and so the evidence of perjury (a direct, provable lie in response to a direct, unambiguous question) isn't there.
  23. For me it’s sit Cook and Bosa, and let them heal. with that said, bills 31-17 Bills. id also sit whoever else is needed to be ready for the Bucs. That’s a test even with all their injuries. We’re not the only team with a bunch hurt. They still have (Bucs) Evans, Godwin, Irving, Reddick, and Watts out. Those are all critical injuries especially on offense. My point is keep critical guys out like Bosa and Cook. Moving on. Baker is a heck of a QB these days.
  24. The Bills would have beaten the Pats if they weren't dumb with turnovers. There's no doubt in my mind
