  1. Past hour
  2. If we’re simplifying it to “X replaces Y”, then I feel Palmer replaces Cooper. Not sure we’ve gotten a Hollins replacement. Moore certainly is not that.
  3. trump the socialist https://www.mediaite.com/news/trump-is-a-socialist-conservative-writer-goes-there-in-scathing-column-that-asks-any-guess-who-the-serfs-are-going-to-be/
  4. If choice routes led to miscommunication, is it safe to say that may not matter. I thought I read Brady is not a choice routes guy with his offense, which diggs didn't like
  5. Beane is pretty good about letting guys go at the right time. He has plenty of issues, but he’s a good GM
  6. I know, it's just going to be repetitive takes over the same **** over and over.
  7. Most shytlibs are braindead, so the most common answer to your question would be……. NOOOOOOOOOOOOO
  8. Seriously. Massive feather in Beane's cap not to pay big money to extend Davis or Edmunds.
  9. How does that logic work?
  10. My frustrations with Gabe were probably more on Beane. Gabe was a solid #3 and earned a shot to be #2 but Beane never made no backup plan or did anything when it wasn’t working. Then Beane doubled down on him the next season and blamed his inconsistencies on injury.
  11. Hollins is/was an ST ace. Both Gabe and Hollins are very good blockers and while I would say Gabe has more receiving ability for the WR5/6 spot the Bills generally like to have someone who plays special teams well. I think if the Bills do sign Gabe his roster spot is going to be harder to justify if he doesn't capably contribute to special teams. It's one of the reason why Hamlin was brought back as he is a solid ST player so that even if he is hopefully displaced as a starting safety the Bills can plug him at ST and then have him as good depth.
  12. Shows how good this organization is with personnel. They prop up guys like Edmunds and Davis and they go and get absurd money elsewhere.
  13. If that's true, he was the second beat wife out on the Jags. So why is he a free agent today?
  14. If any of you have dated a Pakistani or Indian woman, you would know how tense the relationship between Paks and Indies are.
  15. So I guess there's some "good" news to this -- it does in fact appear as though it was a complete accident and Elway did nothing wrong. The dude just fell off the back of the cart and landed on his head. Still tragic, but no evidence of negligence or foul play.
  16. Not really But that Cavs ending last night was crazy
  17. Rapp got torched in den playoff game for that early deep td our safeties stink. Want two new starters this season
  18. Trust me:
  19. Hollins snaps are already replaced between Palmer and more snaps for Keon. Palmer is already better IMO than Davis in terms of receiving (better hands, better routes, bigger route tree, better separation) and Keon is going to be given every chance to be WR1 this year. So this isn't is he a better WR down field than Hollins (and he is, but I don't think its by as much as people think), its where does he fit in the WR room right now. Keon, Shakir, Palmer, Samuel are not going anywhere and that makes Davis essentially WR4/5 here depending on how they use Samuel and assuming they would cut Moore (if only 5 are kept). If they keep Moore, now you got Davis and Moore battling for first guy off the deep bench, unless Samuel falters and one of them over take his expected role this year. Im not against Davis coming back by any means (just don't like him as a starting WR2), he is an excellent dirty work guy and has downfield value even though his awareness, hands, and route tree are all not his strong suits. But looking at it from Davis point of view, he has no role here to be an involved WR in the passing game unless injuries were to make it possible. I don't think he is looking to go somewhere where his primary use is blocking and he gets some occassional targets as a depth WR. Places like the Steelers, Giants, and a few other teams offer more opportunities for actual targets.
  20. I still can't believe he dropped that pass. It's OK for a first rounder drafted for his great hands to drop that in the second quarter of an early October game vs. the Arizona Cardinals, but not against KC with two minutes to go on a gotta-have-it play and with a SB appearance on the line.
  21. Could have been CJ West 😢
  22. Last season in his by far worst year Davis averaged more yards and catches per game than Hollins. Hollins caught 31 balls for 378 yards what are we talking about? Davis is as good a blocker and healthy a by far better wr. If healthy is the question. With offset language he will sign a 1 year minimum deal and Jacksonville picks up the tab. Its a no lose situation with a player that Allen knows and likes.
  23. I doubt either of them are that dumb, but I also don't rule out religious fundamentalists from doing insane things.
  24. He walks in and is an upgrade over Hollins. Davis blocks and will be involved early downs. Offers more down field and after the catch. If he lost a step its no risk.
