I really dig great music, and all of the above are stellar poets, with a lot to say. They are some of the bedrock for all hip hop ever after. The poetry, the beats(they were all sampled), the knowledge, saying the truth, with attitude and conviction. Kudos!

I thought you were joking. The guy's an ####### and no doubt suffering from CTE. Something along the lines of what he's been alleged to have done was bound to happen. I remember when my son came bounding into by bedroom one morning to tell me the Bills traded for him. I groaned because I knew what would have followed. Luckily the Bills insisted on no guaranteed money, which again to Brown was a no offer offer.

I truly hope you get what you want. Best of luck to you and all the citizens/non-citizens of NYC!

1994 - Kelly & Reed vs Favre & Sharpe - NFL Throwback
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to BigDingus's topic in The Stadium Wall
I always wondered what Kelly’s career trajectory would’ve looked like if he had immediately came to Buffalo instead of all that USFL crap. Kind of seemed like a waste of 3 more potential prime years. -
RB and WR markets are actually insane.
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to FireChans's topic in The Stadium Wall
They really should’ve took the money they gave WR Palmer and just gave it to Cook. I’m not a fan of paying RBs either, but Buffalo is in “win now” mode. I don’t want to waste another Josh Allen prime year by starting a player like Ray Davis who MIGHT be a suitable replacement. The Bills need to go into 2025 with every possible weapon at their disposal. A 1000+ yard/18 TD RB is not as easy of a replacement as some people think. If we were a rebuilding team then I would be all for letting Cook walk. -
Close enough for me. I might have a few of them flip flopped, but the tiers look right.

AWESOME! The one next to NYU! I go there a couple times a month just for the upstate NY nostalgia! Zohran picked up the Bernie Sanders endorsement yesterday, so now he’s ready to roll for this coming Tuesday. It will be an all-hands-on-deck canvassing adventure over the final weekend. We still need volunteers in the Bronx, FYI…for any progressive PPP lurkers out there… My official ranked-choice top-5 vote for Tuesday: 1. Zohran Mamdani 2. Brad Lander 3. Zellnor Myrie 4. Scott Stringer 5. Adrienne Adams It’s super strategic if you’re a progressive: Zohran #1, all 5 spots filled, no Cuomo listed, and Adrienne Adams as an emergency anti-Cuomo centrist rally candidate.

Thanks for sharing. I've heard recent phone interviews with Suge, and he definitely doesn't sound like the same guy.

Your sarcasm is adorable, but let’s please try to stay on topic. Polling data suggests that older conservative men, more or less, are the one demographic holdout in majority support of both neocon foreign policies and the state of Israel. Let’s call this the “Leh-nerd Skin-erd Demographic,” or “LSD” for short. As this group’s representative, could you perhaps explain why the LSD may be so dissociated from reality, present AND past? All of us young whippersnappers promise to step off your lawn if you can lend insight into your group’s apparent majority support for the following ethical quandaries: government claims involving WMD’s, regime change wars, preemptive military strikes, collective punishment, ethnic cleansing, genocide, and apartheid states. My perceived arrogance, by the way, stems from a strong understanding of this broad topic. If you see faults in my line of thinking, by all means point them out! Such verbal back-and-forth forms the basis of what linguistic scholars call a “discussion.” Try it, bruh. Oh, and yes I am most certainly “buttoned up for reals.” Sartorial fastening is a trivial endeavor for any vegan with a 19.3 BMI. << haughty hair flip >>

I usually make mine with meats, cheeses, and fruit. Although maple might make for a nice, sweet addition.

The WNBA is nothing but a bunch of jealous hoodrat lesbians. The league is totally irrelevant when CC is not there. They are all jealous because she likes male junk, has ACTUAL talent sells out arenas where not a single other player in the dyyke league doesn’t. The refs are atrocious (maybe by design), CC’s coach does nothing and only Sophie Cunningham has stuck up for the Wayne Gretzky of her league. Maybe if CC had her version of Dave Semenko, the thuggish (intentional) behavior towards Clark would stop. What?? Is CC going to have wear goggles, like James Worthy, because they want to take her eyes out like she’s Godzilla threatening their very existence. Truly sad. Jealousy is a powerful emotion amongst the petty women.

Augie, I don’t have the exact numbers, but have read Josh has twice as many consecutive starts as the next starting QB. I know with Josh, he’s had 105 consecutive. What I don’t know is if this includes playoff appearances. The all time leader is still Favre with just under 300.

The Moss class was a shallow RB class with some high end guys but not much depth (another problem with spending a high value asset on him). But the Singletary class there are guys after him who have had some production in the league: Damien Harris, Justice Hill, Tony Pollard, Myles Gaskin our own "best 3rd down back in football" Ty Johnson. And then the next two drafts after the Moss draft... Khalil Herbert, Kenneth Gainwell, Chuba Hubbard, Rhamondre Stevenson, Isiah Pacheco, Kyren Williams, Dameon Pierce, Tyler Allgeier etc.... If you are spending a day 2 pick on a guy you better be getting me a guy who is a cut above that company. And Singletary and Moss were not and never had the skillsets to be.

To make matters worse he ended up with 4 goals.

RB and WR markets are actually insane.
BullBuchanan replied to FireChans's topic in The Stadium Wall
That's a wildly unreasonable expectation. Looking at draft history, you're lucky to get 2 starting caliber players from rounds 3+, and both Singletary and Moss were that. In Singletary's class in 2019, 20 RBs were drafted after him and only one, Tony Pollard, has been better. In Moss' class in 2020, 8 RBs were taken after him and he's the best of that group. 90%+ of the time you're getting an RB that is a career backup when you draft in the 3rd+ in the last 10 years. They don't put up the 150+ yard games that both Singletary and Moss have. Make no mistake, I'm not saying they're great, but you're grossly misrepresenting their ability and achievements in comparison to their peers. https://www.drafthistory.com/index.php/positions/rb -

Are Fan Expectations Too High for Keon Coleman?
FireChans replied to JohnNord's topic in The Stadium Wall
I don’t agree, but the bottom line is that fan expectations of Keon are so high because the FO made them so high. If Keon was just another second round pick after 1 or 2 OTHER WRs, the expectations of him would be rotational player to starter. Instead, Beane and co basically made him the only true egg in the basket. And that means that fans are not just going to expect a solid or okay player, but at least a very good or great player.
