  1. Past hour
  2. He had a 72. But to put that in perspective, he only logged 191 snaps as opposed to Hamlin's 875 snaps ...so far smaller grading opportunities.
  3. Can you honestly say that some of the things said about the preseason games haven’t been unhinged? There’s a difference between concern and what some people post in the game thread or other threads
  4. Honestly Hancock if his injury isn't that bad could play himself into a starting role at some point this season if they keep him. He played the first touchdown too shallow and wasn't aware enough of the receiver's depth, so I did see some warts in his game. But the guy looks like more aware of where he needs to be and how to play things than Bishop. I have honestly not seen a thing from Bishop that makes me think he is going to be anything but an injury prone meh player at best. I really hope that is a terrible take I'm making, but at this point he should be way more in command of where he needs to be and how to play things. Is that also a product of being paired with Hamlin? Could be. Hamlin forces the defense to play deeper than they need and there is no way a pass rush is getting home when the quick underneath routes are wide open all over the place. Pair that with bad tackling and short underneath routes are house calls. Hamlin may have the starting experience, but the reason the pass D was terrible last year was more a product of the Safeties than the DL. You can have guys getting close to home but if a decent QB is behind center they've already figured out where to go before the pass rush gets there because it ain't like the Bills are choking up the receivers with tight coverage. I get that personnel deficiencies in one spot can hurt your entire defense, but sometimes you've got to give some part of your D a chance to succeed. Play tighter and give the DL a chance to win. If you give up a big play fine, at least you aren't getting destroyed all game. If you aren't then you didn't need to go all in on upgrading the DL.
  5. Regardless of Mitch having a winning record as a starter, he is no longer the same guy who had some mild success in Chicago. He's been terrible for the past 4 seasons, just not even a good backup anymore. Our offense would be bottom-5 in the league with him starting. I doubt Bagent would even be available, but he'd be a huge upgrade IMO.
  6. Yeah, this was definitely not a good night for Andressen and I can guarantee you that the Hard Knocks team will not be doing him any favors on tomorrow night's episode. The story of the possible end of his journey as the home town kid done good, will definitely start building. Regarding Mike White, all I can say is although the end results were the same, the offense looked better when Mitch Trubisky came into the game. Like you said, Trubisky wasn't good, but he looked more capable of operating this offense than Mike White did.
  7. I didn't realize Bishop was going by They? Pretty progressive.
  8. The doom and gloom threads that the 2025 Buffalo Bills have no chance makes me drink, ergo that makes me happy!!!! Drinking leads one to their happy place!!!!
  9. I'm sure they had $$$Millions of reason why they wanted to air pre season games not to mention the money generated by the fans that actually bought tickets to go see it live . This is a every year thing since before you were born so take it with a grain of salt and the old saying life in general isn't fair and get over it ... Because they will still be playing pre season games long after were gone and fans will be reacting to every move .
  10. One rumour was that Keon was a Josh pick. It was said that Josh submitted a list of WR he would like for Bills, and Keon was high on list
  11. Who else thought these guys were the subject of the thread?
  12. Amen. You could cut the bottom 50 players from the current 90 man roster and sign waiver wire guys and it might actually improve the roster.
  13. I'm convinced if there were a different mayor in office this could have all been worked out.
  14. Post of the day!!! 😂
  15. I think there is a lot of overreaction going on right now. Cole Bishop is just coming back from injury - we don't know what we have in him yet, but it sounds like he just missed an early coverage last night and otherwise didn't play much. He's a high rounder, and we need to let him play. Rapp on the other side is very reliable.
  16. Where do you get the information that McD wanted DeJean? I’m curious as I have heard nothing of this anywhere.
  17. Our window is based on Allen and Allen only. I don't know how his game will translate into his late 30s. He is so big and strong that I think he could continue to have the ability to escape the pass rush even as his speed and quickness decline similar to Big Ben but does that mean he will be able to roll out to the right and deliver off schedule dimes as he's so accustomed? I don't think any QB makes it into their 40s without playing primarily from the pocket.
  18. I said this before we got destroyed by the Bears
  19. Just for S**TS and giggles how did Edwards do last year ? He was the guy I think that wanted out of Buffalo because he wasn't in consideration for the starting gig because he got hurt . If I am remembering his name correctly . I thought he would be the starter over Hamlin .
  20. Crying over lost preseason games is a family tradition. The bigger the loss the better..
  21. I watched the game yesterday with as much enthusiasm as I would have for professional bowling. I use the term watched loosely. The outcome tells me nothing about how things will go starting in 3 weeks.

  23. One player doesn't, hasn't, and will not guarantee a Super Bowl championship it takes more than just 1 .
