This is part of where the athlete and sport is vastly different than the fan and team experience.

 

While it is hard for me to adequately state the team is not the athlete nor the athlete the team. These players compromise the team. The work they put in and attitude they have vary. NFL players largely are supreme athletes that can play drunk, high, or not with proper rest. NBA is similar. 

 

These guys are out there to do their job.

Latest weather update from Pivotal Weather. Temps at 30 degrees, Wind gusts from the Southeast at around 23 mph, so the windchill will be in the low 20s. About an inch of snow during the game.

I'm not super worried about Benford. The conditions and him having a foot issue make it ok to rest him. This will be a ball control game & slow game to start. Big play potentials could be back breaking but the Patriots aren't a big play team any more than other teams. I think they'll look to capitalize on a few early and Maye can definitely hit a long ball to hurt us... But I don't see that as a script. 

 

Diggs will have over 60 yards, no doubt.
