I said this in the game thread. It’s clear that the independent neurologists are just a Stan. Higgins, not once, but twice, smashed his head off the turf in cold weather and I mean smashed it hard, pointed to his head both times and got cleared to return to the game. 
 

I mean are we serious here? Of course I don’t want Higgins in the game cause he’s a great player but he shouldn’t have been allowed to return for his own health but the Bengals of course were in a must win situation on the road against a good football team so the club trotted him out there. 
 

To me it is absolutely gross to be honest and this is coming from a guy who has been around football his whole life playing and coaching since I was 8. My son, who is 4, will not be allowed to play football until he at minimum gone through puberty if not later

The score honestly did not show how little control they had of that game where the Bills started two backup OTs. The fans booing their theme song and calling for the firing their HC said it all.

That last part is why it made me mad. Like they were going to keep going for it on 4th and be successful. 
 

Not to mention every D in the league is ready for that damn play at this point. It’s been shut down repeatedly lately. 
 

That said, I’m sorry for bitching about things I hated this game. Just going to sit back with some whisky and enjoy the W.

This (Imo) was definitely one of Bradys better games. I thought for sure he was gonna go super run heavy all game due to the weather, but they threw it around. A few calls had me irate, but deep breathe, they pulled it out

I agree as their season is now officially over so cruel to risk a long term problem.  Like many both my sons were football and lax players.  My oldest who also played in college had 6 concussions all from lax, not football and was a QB and LB.  My tangential point is he is now 26 amd gets chronic headaches, some migraines, and occasional balance issues.  Give Higgins a break for Christ’s sake.

Well... Not only that, the guy is out there making one handed TD grabs with obvious concussion symptoms earlier... I mean... he's grabbing his head after the 2nd instance... that time his helmet slams twice... usually that's it when they grab their head like that, there's usually no way they are letting a player back in the game... But he's not only back in, he's making an incredible TD catch... It's just... OK...

Making great catches with a concussion is just counter intuitive to me.

I don't think he called them out, but he jabbed the fans a little.   Allen needs to be careful, fans are just fans. 

 

Week 1 was a late game and regular people have jobs and their kids have school.  That would not happen at a 1:00pm game in the snow as we just saw.
