Everyone on the board didn't get to interview them. It would have been obvious to everyone who talked to them which one was the better pick. 

 

Unfortunately, you need more than a great QB to win a Super Bowl and their drafts have been bottom of the barrel since Allen.

 

Their free agent acquisitions have also been mostly overpaid garbage.
