I feel for Josh Allen! If you take him off his team, we’re probably rated among the three bottom teams in the league. It’s no way they can bring back McDermot and Beane next year. No way! With all the missed draft picks, and the big contracts that we put out to Rousseau, Benford and Bernard and neither showing any dividend as his team in purgatory for the next three years. Beane gave out this contracts to safe his behind. Making it look like we got great bargains on their contracts, but look at the production from all three since the signings. Please stop the bleeding and make the change at the end of season. Immediately!!!

Not sure why, but all of these vets have regressed BADLY this year.

 

I blame the system. A prevent scheme should never be the default.  Rob Ryan looks like Buddy Ryan as a defensive coordinator compared to Babich.

One penalty on the Int return, which was blatant. To be fair it saved the bills four points.

Doesn't matter who we play.  We just make them look like the best offense in the NFL every week.  It's pathetic.

 

But we're stuck.  They are not going to fire McDermott.  McDermott is not going to change his defensive scheme.  They are not going to hire someone else with a proven defensive track record to run it.  They are going to keep insisting on wasting draft pick after draft pick on defensive players and nothing will ever change.

100%.  This is a complete wasted season.  Josh Allen expected to produce with grocery bagger talent and the defense can’t do anything.  Defense needs to be completely blown up

I cant remember a worse Bills defense. Ive been a fan since 1979. Maybe the Hank Bullough team. But not even during the drought. They are consistently bad at the run and the pass and when you need a big stop to win the game you cannot rely on them. Just a joke. How Beane thought they would be ok at the trade deadline and got nobody is just insanity.

Seriously, it’s time for heads to roll on the Defensive aside of the coaching staff. They pressured Mills early and he couldn’t hit anything, they back off and give him time and he looks like the next coming of Manning.

Whoever is calling the defense should be fired at halftime.
