While I think our defense sucks at times, I do like some of the future pieces we have in place with Bishop, Hancock, Hairston, Walker. I think where we are really terrible is the rest of our DT's and I really think our linebackers absolutely stink

The real, real question is, how much say does Beane have in the players he picks. Does Sean tell him who to take and he takes them or does he actually just tell Sean, this is who you are getting.

I'm in the military. At the highest ranks, the biggest risk isn’t the workload, it’s the lack of honest feedback. I’ve seen great leaders fail because no one around them felt comfortable holding them accountable.
