Ridgewaycynic2013 Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago So they bring back Daboll...🤔  One game in, consensus: "We're saved!"  Five games in: "Daboll in the booth!"  Seven games in: "Who hired this psycho?!" 5 2 Quote

Daboll may be a great OC, but he will never likely be a great HC. He was coach of the year.  And sometimes people have to fail before they succeed.  Marv, Belichick, Andy Reid, whatever.  It’s more common in life than the Sean McVay route, in my view. 1 1 Quote

We need a mix of Daboll's passing game schemes with Brady's run game schemes if that is even possible. Quote
Call_Of_Ktulu Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Daboll is not HC material but he is definitely a top 10 OCÂ 1 Quote
947 Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago It's kind of add that the Giants would fire him for blowing a lead & losing a game in which he lost his QB and was already without his top WR & RB. The Giants were on the upswing & looked like a legit spoiler team before the Skattebo injury. Â This is a pretty good destination for the next coach if he can fix the OL. 1 Quote

The more influence he gets the worse he becomes at his job. Good dude to have in the room, but it ends there. Quote

Daboll absolutely had to be fired given the Daniel Jones situation. It doesn't really matter which game he was fired after. Jones isn't a world beater, but he got next to nothing out of him. If I am in the C-Suite with the NYG I look at Indy and think "we absolutely, 100% need to get new people to manage our QB's. He botched it." Quote
stlbills13 Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Daboll isn't perfect but I support bringing him on more for his personality than anything 1 Quote
